A Paris apartment to rent that has an exceptional location : on the border of the 6th and 7th districts, it has one foot in Saint Germain and the other one in Montparnasse. This is a very pleasant and upscale area, very residential and safe. Very close to Rodin museum, the Ecole Militaire, the Invalides and also the Eiffel Tower and downtown is not too far from this apartment in Paris either. In the very same street bakeries, a butcher and many other shops, especially the Bon Marché are just waiting for your visit to offer you a glimpse of the French way of life. The closest subway stop to the vacation rental in Paris is Vaneau, but Sevres Babylone and Duroc, where you can catch different lines, are five minutes away by foot.


This building was the barracks of the musketeers of the King so it is filled with history and has its own spirit. Who knows if you are not going to sleep in D'Artagnans' bedroom and slide into his dreams of justice and glory? The building, with its wooden beams, is very authentic, and comes from the 17th century. The courtyard is also charming and was at that time a way for the musketeers horses. The Paris apartment is on the third floor without a lift, and is made safe with a code first and then an intercom. In March 2012 the apartment has been entirely renovated y an architect and refurnished with brand new and top quality equipment just recently. History and comfort are waiting for you in this Paris short-term rental. The cherry on top of the cake is the lovely 12sqm terrace equipped with table and long chairs…or maybe it is the A/C system, with four adjustable units in the apartment (one in each room).


This 90sqm apartment is purely amazing. Everything has been organized to offer a maximum of comfort and convenience. It has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a third sleeping area on a mezzanine above the spacious main room. It can comfortably sleep uo to seven people. The entrance door gives on a stairs with around 10-12 steps. Then you arrive on the main room. It has been divided in several areas. The comfortable living-room area is well laid out around the decorative wood stove. It features a comfortable leather couch with matching armchairs and a coffee table. Should you travel without your laptop, note that you will find one in the apartment (a net book to be precise). The living-room features a large flat TV on the wall above the wood stove, hidden behind an easily removable painting. The dining-room area features a beautiful wooden table that can comfortably accommodate up to eight people. All the dishes, plates, table utensils have been chose carefully to perfectly match the spirit of the interior. There are two reversible air conditioning units in this room, one is in the dining-room, the other in the living-room. It is rather silent compared to common A/C systems. Using the beautiful wooden stairs in the dining-room area you can access the mezzanine. It features a double bed for two people 140x190. Both side of the mezzanine are open on the main room. The very well equipped kitchen is in a separate room giving on the entrance hall. But all his wall are made with glass and metal. Therefore you can see the kitchen from the main room. The kitchen pieces of furniture have also been chosen carefully to perfectly match the design of the whole room. It has very convenient storage units and high quality appliances (oven, induction stove, micro-wave, dishwasher, washer). Next to the kitchen door you will find a wardrobe to store your coats. From the entrance hall, five steps will lead you to the treasure of this apartment : the beautiful 12sqm terrace. It has been cleverly created by the architect. It features a table with chairs. Its plants give plenty of charm to this terrace and thanks to the automatic watering system you will have nothing to do but enjoy the place ! From the terrace you have a clear view on the top of Le Bon Marché and on rooftops. This will be THE place to stay after a long day of discoveries. Note that you can store your suitcase under the stairs of the terrace. The apartment features two beautiful bedrooms. They both give on the hallway. The master bedroom has a queen size bed (160x200), a wardrobe and a television. It also has an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilets. The second bedroom features two single beds (90x200). As shown on the pictures, they can be put side by side to form a king size bed (180x200) if you need. This bedroom also has a mezzanine with a bed very comfortable for one person (130x200). The skylight will give more light to this room. It also features a flat TV, a DVD player and a wardrobe. Both bedrooms have a reversible air conditioning unit. The second bathroom is located between the two bedrooms. It features a walk-in shower. You will also find separate toilets in the stairs near the apartment entrance door. This apartment has many windows and several skylights (note that for your safety the skylight cannot be open). This will therefore be a real pleasure to spend time in this astonishing apartment. You will be amazed by this interior, a mix of vintage style furniture and contemporary features, exposed wooden beams, metal and glass conveying the impression that you are in an wonderful atelier. This apartment has nothing but top of the range equipments. It is bright, quiet, very comfortable. In a word : fantastic !

My family of five was lucky enough to spend two wonderful weeks at 89 Rue de Sevres in July 2014, to celebrate my husband’s 50th birthday on Bastille Day. The apartment was perfect, from the accommodations, amenities, convenience to the Metro and markets. The building itself is beautiful, with exposed wood beams throughout the complex. The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our home away from home – TV, WiFi, washing machine, dishwasher, two bedrooms, two loft areas, two bathrooms, and extra guidebooks. The rooftop deck was a lovely bonus! There was definitely room for two adults, a ten-year-old boy, six-year-old girl and eight-week-old newborn. The building is located across the street from the Vaneau Metro station and a two-minute walk in both directions of the Duroc and Sevres-Babylon stations. It is also about a block from La Grande Epicerie de Paris for upscale eats and a few doors away from Franprix for everyday items. The apartment is also conveniently located to major attractions if you’re willing to walk (which we did because we were eating all the time!), but we spent a fair bit of time on the Metro too. The morning of our arrival, the apartment management came in to look a window that needed a little routine attention (it was fine from our perspective), and when they saw we had children, they went out and returned with pastries for them. This was just one of the many nice touches. We used the car service available through Paris Address and they were more than patient, as our flight had been delayed two days due to the Asiana crash at SFO. The driver was waiting for us, and was professional and courteous. I would definitely recommend Paris Address, and plan on booking through them again for our next trip to Paris!

We just spent a wonderful week at the 89 rue de Sevres. The apartment is absolutely beautiful to the last details and we felt right at home as soon as we entered. It was spacious enough to accommodate a family of 3 children their parents and grand parents without feeling crowded and entertain visiting family .

The weather was not as kind this time and we could not enjoy the balcony on the roof as we had envisioned, but we can come back another time and still enjoy the delicious food of the Grande Epicerie du Bon Marce and their very convenient delivery system.

Arnaud was there to greet us and to say good by and was very helpful with our taxi at the last minute as he was to help us in the planning before our arrival.

All in all good things only to say about the booking , the website and the quick response to all questions.
