Amazing 3-bedroom decorated by interior designer Location

Apartment ideally located near the "Quais" of the Seine, on the left bank, in St Germain and in front of the Pont Royal, the Tuileries Garden and close to the Louvre ! You will be able to visit the greatest monuments of Paris by foot. The closest subways are Musée d'Orsay, Rue of the Bac or Solférino.

Located on the 4th floor of a building without a lift. The entrance is secured by a gate with an intercom. Two bedrooms give on the courtyard, as the living-dining room gives on the Rue du Bac. If you turn your head to your right you will admire the Ferris Wheel at Place Concorde, the Sacré Coeur on the back, and the Seine river.

This amazing 3-bedroom duplex has 100sqm (1090 sq ft). It has been entirely renewed and decorated by an interior designer. Every object, every piece of furniture, from the frames to the curtains : everything has been chosen with much care to offer a maximum of comfort. This glamourous place is just a dream come true ! It will be worth climbing the stairs as this exceptional apartment has all the features you can expect from a high standing place : high quality mattresses, some unique antique that specifically fits the whole picture imagined by the decorator, high standing appliances,... The entrance hall is very elegant with a decorative chimney, mirrors and paintings. It leads to the main room, astonishing, very impressive, particularly because of the high ceilings and the sculptures on the wall. This main room has been organized in two areas, the living-room with a comfortable couch, armchairs and a beautiful design coffee table and the dining room area where the dining table accommodates up to six guests. The view from the windows is very impressive : as described above, you can see the Seine river, the Ferris Wheel when it is built and the Sacré Coeur, floating on the back ! The entrance hall also gives on the master bedroom, featuring a queen size bed (160x200), a dressing and other storage spaces. This bedroom has its en suite bathroom with toilets and a bathtub. The windows give on the back side of the building. The second bedroom has three doors : one gives on the entrance hall, the second gives on the dining-room area and the third one gives on a corridor leading to the kitchen. As comfortable as the master bedroom, this bedroom is very bright, it features a wardrobe, two single beds 80x200, that can be put together to form a queen size bed if needed. A dozen of steps will lead you to the third bedroom is on the mezzanine. It is so lovely, with two single beds (90x190), a desk with a gorgeous armchair very boudoir style. Note that you cannot put the two single beds together to form a double bed, there can only be used as two single beds. You can store your clothes in the wardrobe, one of them even has a beautiful "flower" sink. From this bedroom the view of the living-room is great, you can appreciate the composition of this whole space. A second bathroom is accessible from the entrance hall. It features a walk-in shower and toilets. From the main room, a small corridor will lead you to the fitted kitchen. It has nothing but top of the range equipments. To conclude, this wonderful apartment will be perfect for a family, or just Parisian lovers, looking for a great, contemporary and bright apartment, decorated with so much taste. We do love this comfortable apartment and we are sure you will love it too !

Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Paris is one of the most upscale area and among the most attractive parts of the city to wander around. Former retreat for intellectuals and artists in the 50's, Saint-Germain attracts now both tourists and Parisians. Loved, worshiped, romantic, mythical ... Words fail to describe Saint-Germain. Small squares, cobbled streets, hidden alleys, wide boulevards, ... There is something for every style, every mood and every budget! The church of Saint-Sulpice or the Abbey…

Great location with very comfortable beds and room to spread out with 5 of us. Seriously could not be in a better central location to enjoy all Paris as to offer.

The location of this apartment cannot be beat. It is across the bridge from the Louvre, next door to the Orsay, and directly on the #69 bus line. The apartment was clean, comfortable and a lovely space for our small family get together. We would definitely stay here again.

Great apartment especially for a larger group of individuals. Only one room has a queen bed, the other two rooms have two twin beds. Check in and check out was a breeze thanks to Alejandro. You should be in shape for this place! It's about 5 flights of stairs up including the stairs up into the apartment. Close to everything which is the big bonus. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the bathrooms. The small bathroom has a standup shower and is very very tiny. The shower doesn't have anything to put soap or a washcloth onto so it's a bit awkward showering in there. The main bedroom has a tub with a shower attachment but no shower curtain so it's a bit of a mess trying to shower in there. Also, the shower attachment loves to turn off randomly, really hard to get it to stay on shower mode. Otherwise, this apartment is terrific and I would stay again.

My mom, sister and daughter and I spent a week in this great apartment. The location is so perfect. Walking distance to many sights and tons of amazing restaurants, bakery (the one on the corner has the greatest croissants) and stores. We had such a great time. The apartment itself is nice and spacious. Its up four flights of pretty steep stairs (especially at the end) but that wasn't a big deal for our group. They were doing some work in the lobby and stairwell when we were there. A little annoying, but again not a big deal. The building is really quiet too (except when France won the first Euro soccer match....but that was fun!). I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will stay there again upon our return to Paris. Thank you ParisAddress ! Oh, and the team was super responsive to everything and helped us with our transport to and from the airport. Much appreciated!

We stayed here for a week in April 14.

We were greeted at Eurostar which would have worked extremely well if the driver was on time but he was 15 minutes late and we had no local phone. A small issue only but better to be early than late.

The apartment as per other comments is in a great location, we only needed to use metro once, to go to Montmarte, the rest of the time we walked. But the last 94 steps (yes we counted them)up the stairwell would cause some people some problems, this was however clear from the very first booking request I should also say... but be warned.

Restaurant downstairs we tried on last night and it was the best meal we had in paris!

As a family of 5 we were pleased with the choice, especially the 3 bedrooms.

Booking, payment, check in/out was handled very professionally I thought and I would have no hesitation in using "parisaddress" again.

My family of 6 stayed in this apt for 4 nights and it was wonderful. Very spacious by European standards with great location near Louvre . Best bakery down the street where we went daily to get our breakfast and a wonderful market down the street for everything else. Space was clean and well appointed. Apt is on 4th floor with no elevator so anyone who has difficulty with stairs would be advised to look elsewhere. Would definitely stay here again.
