Location

This discreet and self-contained island is one of the most enchanting places to stay in Paris. It is delightfully unspoiled and has a mixture of handsome 17Ith century architecture, modern boutiques, narrow streets and magnificent views from its tree-lined quays. Running lengthwise along the island is the main street, Rue Saint Louis en l’Ile. It boasts a baroque church, refined boutiques, old-fashioned bistros and brassery , delicate chocolate and food shops, a florist, bakeries, a wonderful cheese shop and many pretty teahouses.

Many of the most important attractive sites of Paris are located nearby. The Pompidou Centre , the Louvre Museum, the Tuileries Garden, Champs Elysées, the Sainte Chapelle, the Latin Quarter, the Bastille and Le Marais are either within walking distance.

Standing

This apartment is located on the 1st floor of a good standard building without lift. The access is made safe by a door code.

This 35sqm apartment has been entirely renewed just recently.
It has a separate bedroom with a 160x200 double bed. The bedroom overlooks St Louis en L'ile Street but the double-blazed windows will guarantee you peaceful moments.
The entrance gives on the living-room and the fitted kitchen that is open on it.
It gives much space an charm to this room. It is in fact divided in two areas.
In the dining area with the counter that separate both areas : You will be able to sit on the high chairs with a total of 4 guests. There is also a living area with a high quality sofabed (140x200) where 2 people will comfortably sleep, coffee table, and a large flat TV screen.
The bathroom is accessible from the corridor between the bedroom and the main room. It has an elegant walk-in shower and the toilets are in this room.

To conclude this apartment is perfect for four people, you will be seduced by the whole layout, the colors, the objects placed here and there, always discreet and refined.
