At the start of each month, we pay you the rent from the previous month. There is no risk of non-payment by clients: they do not have access to your apartment until they have paid the full rent.

At the end of each letting, your apartment is thoroughly cleaned. For lettings of one month or more, maintenance cleaning is done every two weeks. When a client arrives at your apartment, our home agent explains the appliances and fixtures. A "how to" list is also given to them. This ensures that a succession of clients does not cause your property to deteriorate more than if it were let long-term.

Our agency has been in operation for 7 years; we currently handle about 3,500 rentals a year.

We manage about 300 apartments in Paris. Our company’s administrative team is six people. As the owner, you will quickly get to know each member of this team and we are at your service to answer all your questions concerning your apartment.
