Stairwell renovation

Note that the stairwell will be renovated until end of july. This might be cause sound pollution so we will offer a 10% discount for any stay between now and July 31.

Location

This Paris short term apartment is located in the Marais, a few steps away from the Place des Vosges, Bastille, St Paul, and St Louis Island. With lots of shops, bars, and restaurants, discover and enjoy the sweet Parisian way of life. The closest subway stops are Bastille and Saint Paul. The area is animated and safe, both day and night, and you will enjoy pleasant strolls through the charming streets of the Marais.

Standing

The apartment is located on the 4th floor with an elevator, in a building secured by a gate with a code, as well as an entry with an intercom. The apartment looks out onto a lovely, small courtyard. It is very quiet, despite being on a busy street.

Layout

This lovely 64sqm apartment has a separate bedroom and can sleep up to four guests. The main living/dining room is very spacious and cozy. The living area has a high-quality sofabed (with a comfortable mattress for two people 140x200), a coffee table, a comfortable reclining armchair, and a television with cable TV. The dining area has a dining table for four people. The American-style kitchen opens onto the main room, with a long wooden bar and metal beams that give the apartment much of its charm. The kitchen is very well-equipped for any gourmet meals you are inspired to prepare. You can store coats and belongings in the large closet with sliding doors located near the entrance door.

From the dining room, a small corridor leads to the bedroom. It features a very comfortable, high-quality queen size bed (160x200), large built-in closets, a dresser, and a desk with a computer screen and printer. If you bring your own laptop, you can connect to the monitor and printer.

Opposite the bedroom is a separate toilet and bathroom. The bathroom has a bathtub with a detachable shower head. In the closet, there is an ample size washer-dryer.

This apartment is very comfortable, spacious, and decorated with taste in a colorful, contemporary style. It is a very relaxing and peaceful base in the heart of Paris from which you can easily visit all the major sites. You will feel perfectly at home!

This was the first time I rented a flat through Parisaddress. But it certainly won't be the last! The flat was great, exactly as pictured. It was clean, and completely fitted out, and the beds were super comfortable! I could've moved in and stayed. A request for more towels was met with alacrity and quickly accommodated. Joel, our agent, met us when we arrived and was lovely and helpful. Only a few comments to help keep expectations in check: The flat is in a building situated by a gas pump, off an alley to a parking garage. It seems a bit weird, but don't be put off by this. The flat is lovely. The building itself is old, but again, the flat has been renovated, so don't be put off by the age of the building. Last, there are no window treatments, so it can get bright in the morning, especially for someone sleeping on the pull-out sofa. All in all, I would HIGHLY recommend both this flat and this agency. We stayed in the Antoine apartment for one week in April. It was very well equipped and comfortable. Although on a busy street it was quiet and secure. Easy access to the nearby Metro. Only downside was the lack of window coverings, but that didn't stop us enjoing the apartment. I would highly recommend this apartment in Paris.
