This apartment is very well located in a quiet street, in the heart of the prestigious 7th district, only few minutes away from the Eiffel tower. A spiral staircase with around 15 steps will lead you to the upper level. This floor features the second bedroom and has an access on the 12sqm balcony.
The second bedroom is spacious, it has two single beds 80x200 that can be put side by side to form a queen size bed (160x200). You can store your clothes in the wardrobe and you can use the second bathroom.
This bathroom is lovely, it features a washbasin, toilets and a walk-in shower. Note that this bathroom has a door to close it, and if you open this door, it can be used to close the walk-in shower.
From this level you will then access the balcony. It has been entirely created when the apartment has been renovated. It is very charming and has a small table with two chairs. You will love the view on the Eiffel Tower right in front of you !
On the main floor, next to the entrance door, giving on the main room you will find another wardrobe and toilets with a washbasin.
