Location
This Paris short term apartment is on the Place des Vosges, in the heart of the Marais, a few steps away from Bastille, St Paul and St Louis Island. With lots of shops, bars, and restaurants, discover and enjoy the sweet Parisian way of life. Fantastic bakeries, fruit and vegetables shops and many convenient stores are just near by. The closest subway stops are Bastille and Saint Paul. The area is animated and safe, both day and night, and you will enjoy pleasant strolls through the charming streets of the Marais.
Standing
Located on the 4th floor of a building without a lift. The access is secured by a door code and a second gate with an intercom.
The windows directly look on the marvelous Place des Vosges.
Layout
This 70sqm apartment has one separate bedrooms, a beautiful main room and a second bedroom area, open on the main room but comfortable enough to offer two proper additional sleeps.
The entrance gives on this main room. It has three areas: the dining-area, the living-room area and a sleeping area.
The dining area features a dining table for four people. It is a round table but it can be converted in a large square table if you need.
The living-room area features a couch, coffee table and two armchairs. A sitting area, near the decorative chimney, features two more armchairs.
The sleeping area has a double bed (queen size 160x200). Even if it is open on the main room, you will still have some privacy when you will sleep as this part of the main room is a bit apart from the main living area.
From the main room, near the entrance door, you will find the master bedroom. It features a double bed 140x190 and shelves to store your clothes. Note that you will find a wardrobe in the main room.
The beautiful bathroom is right next to the bedroom. It has much charm with the beams and the tiles and features a bathtub with a shower handle and the toilets.
The open kitchen is very well equipped, with, among other equipments, an authentic kitchen piano, perfect to cook like a chef !
This beautiful apartment can sleep up to four guests. It has much character, thanks to the exposed beams, the impressive wooden roof structure, the genuine floor tiles, 15th century wooden doors… and a perfect location with a fantastic view, days and night !

My wife and I recently stayed at "Arcade" located right on the Place Des Vosges. The view exceeded our expectation - overlooking this historical site - just great! There are many restaurants within walking distance. We ate just steps away at Ma Bourgogne - try the grilled lamb chops and the raspberry tarte! This apartment is perfect in every aspect. Perfect location, well equipped and soooo charming and did I mention the exposed beams? We felt like we were living in Paris and my wife is already asking to book this apt for next year! Parisaddress was wonderful, from the very beginning it was a pleasure to deal with them. The staff was extremely nice and helpful; not to mention that the apt. was exactly what they showed and promised. All together it was an excellent experience, and for sure we will be back or I will never hear the end of it from my wifeRead this comment on Typepad
