The neighbourhood is very safe and quiet and you will discover here the sweetness and comfort of life in an elegant residential area. All shops are within walking distance and from this charming flat in Paris you will be very close to Saint Michel, Saint Germain and Montparnasse, as well as the main tourist points. Regarding public transport, you will have a great choice as the closest metro stations to the short term apartment in Paris are Luxembourg, Notre-Dame des Champs, Vavin and Rennes.

Standing

This apartment is at 1st floor of a building located in a good standing residence without vis-à-vis. Accessed by only a flight of stairs from the ground floor, it is not served by an elevator. The access of the residence is secured by a gate closed with a key from 10pm to 6am. The building access is secured by a door code.
The windows overlook an alley that leads to a high school. Therefore in the morning, at noon and when the student finish their day, it can get noisy. On evenings and on weekends it is very quiet though.

Layout

This charming 60sqm apartment has two separate bedrooms. The entrance hall gives on the main room. It has been divided in two areas. The dining-room area with a dining table that can comfortably accommodate four people, and the living-room area equipped with a couch, a coffee table, an armchair and a piece of furniture with a flat TV screen and a stereo.
Then you will access the first bedroom. It features a sofabed with a double bed (140x190), a desk, perfect if you need privacy to work, a TV with DVD player and a wardrobe to store your clothes.
The master bedroom features a queen size bed (160x200) and storage space on both sides of the bed.
The bathroom is located near the second bedroom. It has been renovated in march 2013 and features a walk-in shower.
The toilets are located between the two bedrooms. It also has a washbasin.
The fitted kitchen is located near the entrance corridor and it is equipped with very top of the range household appliances such as a practical induction cooker.

This apartment will sleep up to four people. It has been entirely renewed in 2010 therefore all the equipments are in very good condition.

It is bright, all the windows of the apartment overlook the lovely courtyard planted with trees. A school is situated at the back of this courtyard therefore when the student are at school, after they leave, during the holidays and on weekends the outside environment will be extremely quiet. Note that all the windows are double glazed so you will enjoy an extreme stillness in the apartment.
