Location

This apartment to rent in Paris is located in the 9th district, a typically Parisian neighborhood : Parisian people love its many cafes, restaurants and clothes shops. It is a very pleasant, popular area. The Galeries Lafayette are only ten minutes away by walk ! St Lazare station and all its shops around are only 500m away. The Madeleine, Opera, Concorde and the Champs Elysées are twenty minutes away by walk as well. It will be a real pleasure to be so close to so many shops and sights. The closest metro stations are Saint Lazare (line 3, 12, 13 and 14), Trinité d'Estienne d'Orves and Liège.
The buses are also really convenient as you will be able to discover the city without any effort !

Standing

Located on the 4th floor of a building equipped with a lift. The access is secured by a door code and a second gate with an intercom. The apartment features a 5sqm terrace with a lovely clear view, and three of the bedrooms give on a the same long balcony (7sqm) overlooking the street.
This place is very bright and quiet as all the windows are double glazed.

Layout

This charming 105sqm apartment has four bedrooms, three bathrooms and can sleep up to eight guests.
The entrance hall gives on the two aisles of the apartment. Overlooking the street, you will find three bedrooms. The living-room, the dining-room, the kitchen and the forth bedroom give on the other side of the building.
The spacious entrance hall features large closets with sliding mirror doors. From the hall you will access the main room. It is very spacious and has been divided in two areas. First the living-room with two couches, a desk and a television. Secondly the dining-room with a large dining table for eight people.
The large French windows give on a 5sqm balcony with a lovely view on the top of the Trinity Church. Note that the balcony is also accessible from the kitchen.
From the living-room you will access the first bedroom. It features a queen size bed (160x200) and two wardrobes. This bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilets.

From the entrance hall you will access a corridor. The second bathroom gives on this corridor. It is spacious and features a bathtub (with shower handle) and a walk-in shower. It also has toilets.
On the other side of the corridor you will reach the three other bedrooms.
The second bedroom of the apartment has two single beds (80x200) and a large closet with hanging rails and shelves. Note that you can use the beds as two single beds, and you can also put them side by side to form a queen size bed (160x200), as shown on the pictures.
The third bedroom has a queen size bed (160x200), a wardrobe and a desk. The last bedroom is at the end of the corridor. It features a queen size bed (160x200) a small dressing room to store your clothes, and an en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The windows of these three bedrooms give on a long balcony of around 7 meters that overlooks the stereo, they are all double-glazed. You will therefore have a chance to enjoy a deep sleep !
The kitchen is accessible from the entrance hall. It is well equipped and has French windows giving on the terrace.

To sum-up, this apartment suitable for eight people has four bedrooms. It has three bathrooms (two of them are en suite bathrooms) and three toilets (one in an en suite bathroom, one in the most spacious bathroom and one in a separate room giving on the entrance hall). You will therefore be very comfortably installed here, especially if you are a group of couple or friends and if you need some privacy during your stay all together.
This apartment is a great place to stay a week or a month ! It is very luminous, much quiet, simply decorated but still charming, with a very interesting price. Do not miss the opportunity to live in this great apartment !
