The taxi driver will then have the apartment key with him and will open you the apartment door.

This Paris loft is available to rent in the deep heart of St Germain, two steps away from the Rue de Buci, a pedestrian street famous for its shops and cafés, and the Rue de Seine where art lovers wil enjoy the different galleries. The neighbourhood, although very lively, is safe by night and by day and you will love the pleasant strolls that you can take. The closest subway stop to the Paris apartment is Odéon.
Standing
Charming small building of the 17th century that has been very well taken care of. The Paris flat faces a courtyard. You will not believe you are in the deep heart of Paris with an unbeatable quietness! The loft is on the ground floor so it does not need any elevator. High standing Paris rental apartment: you will enjoy the air conditioning here during the summer. Stone walls, visible ceiling beams and a couple of centenary pieces of decoration items give this place an authentic taste and a homely ambience. This lovely open space has been made in order to satisfy your expectations.
Layout
This loft to rent in Paris is divided into two floors: on the top one lies the bedroom equipped with a comfortable double bed and an “arm-chair bed” that allows one further sleep, a kid for example. You will enjoy plenty of space to store your luggage, as well as a safe-box. The first bathroom is also accessible from here, equipped with a walk in shower and toilet. Downstairs is the lounge of this Paris apartment, equipped with a sofa bed and another “arm-chair bed”, and the kitchen, fully equipped and open onto the room. The second bathroom, with another walk in shower and toilet, is accessible through the kitchen. In short, you will enjoy an open space that allows some privacy too, as the top bedroom is kind of separate from the whole apartment. In the heart of Paris with all the comfort you could expect, just rent it, it is worth coming….

Appartement idéalement situé dans un quartier sympathique et dynamique,à deux pas du Pont Neuf, metro à proximité.L'appatement, bien que manquant un peu de luminosité et d'un décor un peu viellot, est bien équipé et très propre. Il possède en outre 2 salles de bain ce qui est un bel avantage lorsqu'on est en famille.Je relouerai cet appartement sans hésitation.Read this comment on Typepad
