For any arrival after 8pm, you shall reserve a taxi via our taxi partner company from your arrival location.
The taxi driver will then have the apartment key with him and will open you the apartment door.
This will cost you no extra fees except the taxi fare.

How to go to the apartment by subway/RER
Other way to go to the apartment
Location
Located in a small street of a family neighborhood in the 12th district. You will find many convenient shops nearby.
The park or Bercy is less then fifteen minutes away by walk. You will reach there the Cour St Emilion metro stop (to catch the very convenient line 14).
The closest metro are Dugommier and Daumesnil (line 6 and 8).
Standing
This 2-floor house is located in a lovely courtyard full of bamboos, next to seven other houses. This house has many windows, it is very bright, very quiet and you will love the terrace. You will have the feeling to live in the countryside, far from the noise, but still in Paris !
The access is secured by a door code.
The apartment features a safe.
Layout
This 95 sqm house has been renovated in 2012. It has three separate bedrooms and can sleep up to six guests.
The entrance directly gives on the main floor featuring the living-room area, dining area and kitchen.
The living area features a convertible sofabed (140x200) and a coffee table. The dining area has a dining table that can easily accommodate six guests. The large windows offers a wonderful view on the bamboos and the plants of the courtyard. You will have the delicious feeling to live far from the city, surrounded by a luxuriant vegetation. A large mirror covering the wall in the living area gives more space to the whole room.
The fitted kitchen is open on the main room. It is well equipped, you will be able to enjoy the bar thanks to the high stools.
The stairs will lead you to the first floor that features two bedrooms, the separate toilets and the bathroom.
The first bedroom is equipped with two single beds (90x200). You can put them side by side to form a double bed (180x200) if needed. It features a large wardrobe.
The second bedroom features a hideaway bed, with two single beds (80x200) that can be put side by side if needed (160x200). A dressing is located next to this bedroom, perfect to your clothes and luggage.
On the same floor you will find the bathroom, very lovely, with high ceilings and a skylight. It has a bathtub and a walk-in shower.
Separate toilets are located next to the bathroom.
On the last floor you will find the master bedroom. It is very bright and features a king size bed (180x200), a large wardrobe and a desk.
This house is perfect for a family, it is contemporary, well decorated, comfortable, very quiet, very bright, surrounded by plants, it will be a perfect pied-à-terre to enjoy a wonderful stay.
