Location

In the deep heart of the historical Marais, located on a pedestrian street, this apartment rental has a very central location in Paris. The Pompidou Centre is just around the corner. You will be in the heart of one of the most animated areas of the city. Lots of bars and restaurants surround this Paris apartment, as well as all the shops you could expect.. The neighbourhood is as lively by day as by night but remains very safe. You will fall in love with the strolls you can take that will allow you to discover Paris’ secrets.. The closest subway stops are Châtelet, Hôtel de Ville and Rambuteau.

Standing

Located on the first floor of a building without lift, this apartment gives on the Quincampoix Street, a pedestrian street. All the windows are double glazed so you will live in a quiet environment. The access is secured by a door code.

Layout

This 125 sqm apartment is absolutely amazing. It has 3 floors and can accommodate up to four guests.
- The master bedroom with en suite bathroom is on the last floor
- A mezzanine level with a sleeping area and another bathroom is on the 2nd floor
- The first floor features a spacious room with the living area, the dining area and a lovely work space (and the kitchen of course)

You will first enter the spacious living area. It has high ceilings, you will have the impression to be in a loft.
This room has been divided in several areas. The living-room features two very comfortable couches and an armchair. The dining area features a table for four people.
The office room features a contemporary desk, perfect place to work should you need to.
This room has large windows overlooking the pedestrian street.
The fitted kitchen is on the same floor, it gives on the dining area.

A spiral staircase will lead you up to the two upper floors.
You will first reach the mezzanine level. It features two lovely contemporary armchairs and a double bed (140x200). Note that the double bed was not on the pictures when we shot the apartment but it is a proper double bed for two people. You can store your clothes in the large closet with hanging racks.
This level also features a large flat television with cable TV.
The people sleeping in this room will have their own bathroom, on the same floor, featuring a walk-in shower and toilets.
The master bedroom is on the top floor. It is lovely, all in black and white, featuring a queen size bed (160x200) and closet space.
You will have to climb few steps to reach the en-suite bathroom, open on the bedroom. It has a bathtub and separate toilets.

The apartment has been decorated and organized to create a very warm and airy atmosphere. If you like fashion, contemporary interiors and design, this apartment will be perfect for you ! All the eclectic pieces of decoration, frames, pictures, sculptures, have been chosen with much taste.
On top of being located in the deep center of Paris, close to many sights, with the Pompidou center next door, this place is very unique, it has its own character. You will feel very comfortable as everything here serves this purpose !
