They give on a long balcony overlooking the street. You will have a chance to contemplate the life going on down your feet while chilling on the balcony ! If you pay attention you will also see the Sacré Coeur church in Montmartre. This apartment is extremely bright it is a real pleasure. On top of that, it is an A/C system.

Layout

This 68sqm apartment has two separated bedrooms. Once you will enter it you will understand why we love it so much ! It is all in white without being cold. It is contemporary, minimalist, very bright and airy. From the entrance hall you will access the main room, on your right. It is immaculate as all the apartment. The wooden exposed beams give a touch of color and material to this room, simply decorated with tribal sculptures. The living-room features adjustable couches. They can be arranged around the table to create a friendly living area, or put side by side to face the wall during a home-cinema session as there is a DVD player and a videoprojector. The French windows open on the long balcony from where you will have the pleasure to observe the life of Menilmontant place down your feet as well as the Sacré Coeur. The fitted kitchen is open on the main room. It has nothing but high quality equipments. The two separated bedrooms are accessible from the entrance hall. The master bedroom features a queen size bed (160x200) and a desk. Note that a laptop is at your disposal in case. You will also find a flat TV and a DVD player. The windows give on the back side of the building. The second bedroom gives on the long balcony. You can reach the living-room from there is you wish. It features a single bed (90x190) and a mezzanine with a double bed. The mattress is actually a king size bed but the beam crosses the mezzanine and leaves enough space for two people (as a 140x200 bed). You will find many DVDs on the mezzanine. You will be able to store your clothes and suitcase in the dressing room located between the two bedrooms. This is also where you will find the washer-dryer. The bathroom is lovely, all white and nicely decorated. It features the toilets and a walk-in Italian shower. It has a French window that opens on the balcony ! This apartment can sleep up to five guests. It is comfortable, wonderfully organized with several nice pieces of art made of wood or metal. You will be amazed by the light in this apartment, truly exceptional ! It contemporary style make this flat a real jewel, at a very interesting price.
