Location
One of the most popular, active, and sparkling neighborhoods of central Paris. This Paris rental apartment is in the heart of the Luxembourg quarter and St. Germain des Prés area. Plenty of cafés, restaurants, cinemas, bookstores, and trendy boutiques. It is walking distance to the Luxembourg Gardens (that you can see from the living-room-, the Odeon, St Sulpice place, the famous Buci street and many other places worth your visit. You couldn't find anywhere better to experience the trendy Paris lifestyle. You will appreciate all the cafés located around a lovely flowered place : Le Carrefour de L'Odeon, two minutes away. A little walk north brings you to the Odeon. The closest metro stations to the Paris apartment are Odéon, Mabillon, St Germain des Pres and Luxembourg (direct to Gare du Nord and CDG import)
Standing
Located on the 3rd floor with lift or a vey high standing building equipped with a lift and a doorcode. The bedroom giving on the back side of the building overlook a lovely courtyard. The two others bedroom overlook Corneille Street and the Luxembourg Garden.
All the windows are double glazed to offer a maximum of quietness in the apartment.
Layout
This marvelous 90sqm apartment has three rooms, three bedrooms and it can sleep up to six guests. You will never forget your stay there, comfortably settled in an entirely renovated apartment. All the equipments are nothing but high quality.
The entrance hall gives on the main room. It has been divided in two areas, the dining-room and the living-room.
The living area features a comfortable couch, two armchairs, a coffee table and a flat TV screen.
The dining area features a dining table for six people.
The dining area leads to the first bedroom. It features a double bed (160x200) and a storage space. The windows give on the Luxembourg, wonderful day and night.
This bedroom has it own ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower.
The second bedroom gives on the living area. It also has a double bed 160x200 and a flat TV on the wall. You will be able to store your clothes in the dressing.
The ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower and toilets. The windows gives on Corneille Street and the Theatre of the Odeon in front of you.
From the main room you reach the corridor that leads to the third bedroom. It has two single beds 90x200, a wardrobe and a flat TV on the wall.
The third bathroom is next to this bedroom. It features a bathtub.
Separate toilets with a washbasin are available from the corridor, right next to this bathroom.
The fitted kitchen is right on the other side of the corridor, next to the entrance hall. It is well equipped and modern.
This apartment is absolutely perfect for six people looking for a very high standing apartment for this is a pure jewel. The bedding is excellent, you will have a chance too truly rest after a long day walk in the city. The contemporary decoration item has been carefully chosen and they perfectly match the typical traditional French features of this apartment such as the wooden floor, the moldings, etc.
Do not wait any longer before you book this apartment located in the deep heart of Paris, between the Luxembourg Garden and the Odeon, two steps away from St Germain, Notre Dame and the Pantheon. You couldn't think about a better location !
