Located on the 2nd floor of a very safe building equipped with a lift. The access is secured by a door code an intercom and another code in the lift. The apartment has windows overlooking the street and windows overlooking a courtyard planted with trees on the back side of the building. Layout

This lovely 90sqm apartment has two bedrooms and can sleep up to six guests. The entrance gives on a corridor that leads to the bedrooms and bathrooms side facing east and to the living-room and kitchen facing west. The main room is lovely and comfortable. It is spacious, divided in two areas. The living-room area with a sofabed (two people, 140x190) and several armchairs, and the dining-room area with a dining table for six people. This room will be flooded with light on the afternoon, you will be delighted ! Large sliding French windows open on a 10sqm balcony where you can sit to have breakfast or to enjoy a good book at the end of the day. The fitted kitchen is accessible from the dinig-room. The other side of the apartment features the 'night' area. The master bedroom has a queen size bed (160x200), a desk and a wardrobe. The French windows give on a lovely courtyard planted with trees, very quiet. The first bathroom is right next to this bedroom. It features a bathtub, toilets and two washbasins. The second bedroom is next to the master bedroom and gives on the entrance hall. It features a hideaway bed with two single beds (80x190). They can form a double bed if needed (160x190).Note that one of these two mattresses is a little bit thicker than the other so it will not be like a proper double bed. You can also sit at the desk to work in a peaceful environment and use the wardrobe. The large French windows open on a balcony also overlooking the courtyard. This bedroom has an ensuite bathroom featuring a walk-in shower. Other toilets are accessible from the entrance hall. This apartment will be perfect for a family.
