By renting a Paris apartment on this discreet and self-contained island you will have an enchanting stay in the city. It is delightfully unspoiled and has a mixture of handsome 17Ith century architecture, modern boutiques, narrow streets and magnificent views from its tree-lined quays. Running lengthwise along the island is the main street, Rue Saint Louis en l’Ile. It boasts a Baroque church, refined boutiques, old-fashioned bistros and brassery , delicate chocolate and food shops, a florist, bakeries, a wonderful cheese shop and many pretty salon de thé.
Many of the most attractive sites Paris has to offer are located nearby. The Pompidou Centre , the Louvre Museum, the Tuileries Garden, Champs Elysées, the Sainte Chapelle, the Latin Quarter, the Bastille and Le Marais are all within walking distance and Notre Dame is just across the bridge, on Ile de la Cité.

Closest metro stations are Cité and Saint Michel Notre Dame. St Paul is also close by.

Standing :

The Paris apartment is on the top floor (4th) of a beautiful 17th century building located on the Quai de Seine. This apartment has a private elevator, however you must climb two flights of stairs to access it.

Layout : 

One of the larger Paris vacation rentals, it has 160 sqm, on three levels, and is located on the top floor with a superb view of the river.

The lift brings you to the entrance of the apartment from where you have access to the internal stairs. On the main level of the Paris apartment, there is the living room, the dining room and the kitchen. The lounge is quite large, about 50 sqm, with a splendid view down on the river. From here, 3 stairs down, is the dining room with a large marble table allowing up to 10/12 guests to have a great dinner. The modern kitchen gives onto the dining room.

The beds are organized as follows: a first bedroom (small) located on the mid-floor (up) has two single beds (80*200) that can be put together to form a real double bed (note that a sub-mattress can be added to have a real double bed, 160*200). The master bedroom is located on the top floor. It is very large, about 40 sqm, and has a double bed (180*200) and a single bed (90*200) for an additional person. The view from the double bed is amazing as you will have the privilege of being able to see the Sacre Coeur when falling asleep. These two bedrooms share one bathroom, comprising of a bath, an independent shower and a toilet. The third bedroom is on the floor below. It is separated from the apartment and completely independent with a double bed (140*200) on a mezzanine (height under ceiling is 160 cm) and a bathroom with a shower and a toilet. The last bed is a sofa bed (140*200) in the living room for two people. Finally, another separate toilet is at the entrance of the Paris apartment.

To conclude, it is a beautiful apartment in Paris, that has been fully renovated and enjoys an exceptional location and high quality amenities.
