Location

This apartment is located in the deep heart of St Germain des Pres, next to the famous St Germain market, close to many high quality shops (food and clothes), very good restaurants and well-known bakeries. Perfect to walk up north to the Seine River or down south to the Luxembourg Garden. The closest metro station are Saint-Sulpice, Rennes, Saint-Germain-des-Prés and Mabillon.

Standing

Located on the 3rd floor of a building without a lift. The access is secured by two gates with codes. The windows of the main room have a really pleasant view on beautiful Haussmannian buildings. The bedroom windows gives on a narrow courtyard so it is very quiet.

Layout

This 45sqm apartment has two levels. It can sleep up to three guests. The entrance gives on the main room. It has been organized in several spaces. First the living area with a couch, a coffee table, armchairs and a flat television. The kitchen has a spacious work space, perfect if you need space to cook. A raised bar separates the kitchen from the main area. You can have dinner on the bar thanks to the high stool, or you can just enjoy a glass of wine at the bar as if you were in a cafe in Saint-Germain-des-Près ! The stairs, with around ten steps, will lead you to the mezzanine, the bedroom and the bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed (140x200), a wardrobe with mirror sliding doors and a chest of drawers. It is a quiet room and you will sleep very well there ! The bathroom is accessible from the bedroom only. It features a bathtub and a walk-in shower. It is charming, with many mirrors. The mezzanine has been laid out to propose an additional sleep with a single bed (80x190) and a desk. A skylight will give more light to the mezzanine. The toilets are on the main floor, next to the entrance door, they also features a washbasin. This charming apartment will be perfect for a couple. Its exposed beams, its wooden floor and its attic give the feeling if being in a nest, located on the best tree in town : Saint-Germain-des-Près !
