Location

This apartment is located in the Montparnasse district, two steps away from the famous Tour Montparnasse and its commercial center. Sevres Street and Cherche-Midi street are only 10min away. Rennes Street is close-by, ideal to reach St Germain des Pres area, ideal also if you fancy shopping ! You will enjoy being so close to hundreds of clothes shops, many cafes, restaurants, open markets, organic markets, theater...Montparnasse area is lively but Cotentin Street is a quiet street. You will then feel the liveliness but from a quiet spot… The closest metro stations are Pasteur, Montparnasse, Volontaires and Gaité.

Standing

This apartment is on the 3rd floor of a good standing building with lift. The building access is secured by a first gate with a door code and a second door with a code and an intercom. The apartment features a 8sqm balcony giving on the street planted with tree.

Layout

This charming 56sqm apartment has two separate rooms and can sleep up to four guests. The entrance directly gives on the main room, lovely and space, simple but comfortable. It has been organized in two parts, the living area with a sofabed (two sleeps, 140x200), a coffee table, two armchairs and a piece of furniture with a flat television, then the dining area with a dining table for four people. The French doors give on the 8sqm balcony. A wooden table with four chairs will enable you to have dinner outside. A corridor leads to the other rooms. At the end of it you will find the bedroom. It has a double bed (queen size 160x200), two closets with mirror doors and electric blinds, perfect if you need to sleep in the total dark. The bathroom is right opposite the bedroom. It is comfortable, with two washbasins, a large mirror and a bathtub with shower handle. This is also where you will find the washer and the dryer. The toilets with a washbasin are located next to the bathroom. A large piece of furniture in the corridor will enable you to store more belongings, perfect if you stay here few weeks or months. The fitted kitchen gives in the entrance hall. This apartment will be perfect for your vacation but also if you need a place to work in Paris for few months. It is bright, comfortable, well located in a quiet street two steps away from the busy Montparnasse station. While you will have a drink on the balcony, watching the stars some night in the summer, you will fully realize how great is the place!
