Location

This Paris rental flat is near the Daguerre street, close to the Montparnasse area, which is one of those streets that make you think you are within the heart of a tiny village and not of Paris. Shopping street is not even a strong enough word, as you will find here a fish shop, bakery, butcher, cheese shop and everything you could dream of, as well as many pleasant restaurants. Quietness is a key word here, the only thing that will awake you in the morning is the sweet birds song.. The neighbourhood is safe, very pleasant and very Parisian. Twice a week a farmers market will sell you fresh products one block away. The closest RER stop to this Paris apartment, Denfert Rochereau, is directly connected to both Parisian airports, which is extremely conevnient. The closest subway stop is Mouton Duvernet. In less than 15 minutes, by RER or by bus, you can reach downtown. This location is absolutely exceptional, the quietness, proximity, comfort and sweetness of life will just charm you.

Standing

Located on the 1st floor of a building typically Parisian without a lift. The access is secured by a door code and a second gate with an intercom. The windows with flowered balconies give on the quiet Charles Divry Street.

Layout

This 80sqm apartment has two separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. It can sleep up to five guests.
It has a spacious main room divided in two parts : the living-room area with a large and comfortable couch. One person can sleep on it (80x190). It also features a coffee table and a decorative chimney. You will enjoy watching movies as there is a DVD player, a video projector and a giant screen.
The dining-room area features a dining table for five guests.
The fitted kitchen is open on the main room. You will be able to use the bar thanks to the high stools.
The entrance corridor leading to the main room also leads to the bedrooms.
The master bedroom has a queen size bed (160x200), a large wardrobe and a TV. Its ensuite bathroom features a bathtub with a jacoozi system.
The second bedroom features a double bed (140x200), a desk and a wardrobe. You will also find a computer at your disposal. The second bathroom is very nice, next to this bedroom and accessible from the corridor. It is made in marble and has a walk-in shower (Italian shower). The toilets are in a separate room in the corridor.
You will also find another wardrobe in the corridor.

This apartment is very quiet, comfortable, perfect for a family looking for an apartment in a less touristic area, but still very charming and interesting. You will have a chance to discover a typical Parisian neighborhood with many convenient stores nearby.
