Location

This apartment is extremely well located in the center of Paris, on the left Bank, next to the Sorbonne, between St Jacques Street and St Michel Boulevard. You will find everything you need nearby : supermarket, open market (Maubert Mutualité open market is only 200m away !), restaurants, metro station, buses and so on. You will quickly reach the Pantheon, the Luxembourg Garden, St Germain, Cité Island, St Louis Island, the Latin Quarter, St Michel. Anyway, you cannot dream of a better location to discover the city by walk !
The closest metro station are Cluny La Sorbonne, Saint Michel Notre Dame and Maubert Mutualité.

Standing

Located on the 1st floor of a wonderful building with lift. The access is secured by a door code and a second door with an intercom. All the windows are double glazed. They give on a lovely garden planted with trees and on the amazing National Museum of the Middle Age.

Layout

This amazing 80 sqm apartment has a separate bedroom, a spacious double living-room, a wonderful dining-room, a spacious kitchen and a bathroom.
From the entrance corridor you will first access the living-room. It has been divided in two living areas. The reception part with couches, armchairs and a coffee table organized around a majestic decorative chimney, and a second living area, that can be used as a television room, featuring a very comfortable couch and a large TV set placed in a built-in cupboard. A very nice secretary will enable you to comfortably sit to write your letters.
The bedroom is accessible from the main room only. It features a double bed (140x200), a large wardrobe and an amazing dresser. The view from the windows is just great ! You will see a beautiful garden, the amazing Museum of the Middle Age and if you look at your left you will see the Sorbonne.
The dining-room is next to the main room. It is also accessible from the corridor. This room is sumptuous, it has a wooden dining table that can accommodate up to six guests.
At the end of the corridor you will find the fitted kitchen. It is very large and you will be able to have your breakfast in it thanks to an ingeniously installed table for two that you can pull out if you need it.
Then you will find the bathroom. It gives on the corridor too and it features a bathtub, toilets, a large washbasin and a bidet.
Note that you can store your coats in the entrance hall wardrobe.

This apartment is very spacious but sleep only two people. It will be perfect for a couple looking for a high standing typical French apartment, far from all the usual contemporary places that Paris has to offer !
All the apartment has been furnished and decorated with classical pieces, the walls are hung with cloth, all the paintings, mirrors, lamps, marble chimney, everything will contribute to immerse you in an ancient Paris, while still living in the comfort you are entitled to!
