Location
The Daguerre street is the location of this rental apartment in Paris. It is close to the Montparnasse area and is one of those streets that make you think you are within the heart of a tiny village and not of Paris. More than just a shopping street, you will find here a fish shop, bakery, butcher, cheese shop and everything you could dream of, including many pleasant restaurants. It is so quiet here the only thing that will awake you in the morning is the sweet birds’ song. The neighbourhood is safe, very pleasant and absolutely Parisian. The closest RER stop, Denfert Rochereau, is directly connected to both Parisian airports, which is extremely covenient. In less than 15 minutes, by RER or by bus, you can reach downtown. This location is absolutely exceptional. The quietness, proximity, comfort and sweetness of life aound this Paris rental flat will just charm you.
Standing
In a building made safe by two codes and with a permanent house keeper, this Paris apartment is totally renovated and refurbished with very comfortable, modern furniture. It is a little jewel that you will just fall in love with.
Lay out
You first enter a small hall way, with a wall closet, and then head directly to this living room. This is equipped with a very comfortable double sofa bed which allows two further people to sleep here. The bedroom has two single beds, which can be put together to form one large double bed, and a large wall closet where all your stuff can be stored. The kitchen comes fully equipped and is open onto the living room, it can therefore be completely closed and unnoticable. The bathroom has a very spacious walk in shower and contains the toilet. The decorator took real care in organizing the Paris flat and ensured that it is a very pleasant place to stay. The colours and choice of paintings on the walls make this place unreal as it combines comfort, modernism and traditionalism. You can also separate the bed, or the bedroom from the other part of the apartment thanks to sliding curtains that will preserve the privacy of the ones who sleep there. This apartment to rent in Paris truly presents all the qualities that one can expect from it : comfort, quietness, location, care even to the smallest details and an especially interesting price. It would be a shame not to try it!

A pleasant apartment that is well-located; on a street with lots of interesting shops and restaurants and close to Denfert Rochereau on the RER line. Dealing with Paris Address is convenient, especially for someone from outside the Euro zone and from outside Paris. No deposits in Euros are expected so there are no unnecessary costs related to currency conversion and they will meet you at the apartment. The one point to note is that they are often not punctual for the appointment and you may have to wait for about half an hour on the street when you first arrive.Read this comment on Typepad

Overall, it was almost perfect. The neighborhood was wonderful--the apartment is on a small street with dozens of bakeries, cafes, grocery stores, etc and 7 mins from the Metro. It was quiet, clean, and well-furnished. The internet worked well, though occasionally disconnected. For some reason these really tiny bugs (almost like gnats) would sometimes wind up on the shower floor.Read this comment on Typepad

I rented an apartment for three months on Daguerre street in Montparnasse. Wonderful! This would be the best word to describe it. Very well localized, close to everything: supermarket, bakery, dairy, flower shop, wine shop, bistros, chocolate shops, stores, laundries, bookshops and pretty much everything you'd probably need is nearby. The Denfert-Rochereau metro station is on the end of street and provides access to all parts of the city and linking directly to Charles De Gaulle Airport with a single RER B travel. The district could not be more Parisian: a charm. Outside, the small streets with lots of trees. Shopping and entertainment just a few blocks away. Inside the apartment, all the comfort you could wish for: cleanliness, convenience, safety, heating, neat bathroom, soft beds and well equipped kitchen. As for the Parisaddress service, impeccable. From your arrival to the presentation of the apartment, from the check in to the check out, you can always count with them. I had no problems while negotiating or paying for the apartment from Brazil. I recommend it and will use their services on my next trip for sure. My stay in Paris was wonderful, mainly because I've chosen Parisaddress. Was a wonderful time to never forget!Read this comment on Typepad

I had a wonderful stay with this apartment. Very pleasant, well-located. You have everything near-by.You have a good Greek Deli next door. The man there is so nice. A few little downsides. The heating system was a little bit tough to handle. Somethimes it turned off during a shower. I pressed the reset button, then it turned on again. No ladles in the kitchen. More in details and photo's on my blog http://happytarav.exblog.ne.jp I also used parissaddress last two times, they were very good, reliable. In spite of the downsides, I'd like to rent this apartment for the next again.Read this comment on Typepad
