Building renovation
The building facade is under renovation, therefore a scaffold has been installed in front of the bedroom and the living-room until end of april.
We offer a 15% discount for any stay between now and end of april.
Location
This lovely apartment to rent in Paris is located in the deep heart of St Germain, two steps away from the Rue de Buci, a pedestrian street famous for its shops and cafés and the Rue de Seine where art lovers wil enjoy the different galleries. The neighbourhood, although lively, is safe by night and by day and you will love the pleasant strolls that you can take around the area. Standing
In a building made safe by a code and without a lift, this Paris apartment is located on the fourth floor, looking onto the courtyard. Entirely renovated and refurbished with great taste, it keeps the authenticity of the old building, with its original tiles and half-timberings, combining it with modern comfort.
Layout
The apartment rental in Paris is equipped with a comfortable sofa bed, that allows two further guests to sleep there, arm chairs and a round dining table in the lounge. The bedroom has a large and homey double bed and is very cosy. The kitchen, separate from the lounge but open onto an entrance hallway, is fully equipped. A desk is also in this room for those who have to work during their stay. The bathroom, accessible from the bedroom, is equipped with a walk in shower and toilet. The best location in Paris. Very nice and clean apartment, central but quiet, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only disadvantage: it´s a fourth floor with no lift, but it´s worth the effort. The staff at Paris Address provided superior service and DAUPH18 was an excellent choice for our family of four. The location was great--quiet, safe, and a short walk to metro/attractions/groceries. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our 5-day stay. The bed was comfortable for my husband and me, and our 9-year-old twins slept well on the sofa sleeper in the living room. Wonderful apartment - clean, great bathroom (small but spotless!), large kitchen. Aparemtn had WiFi, everytghing one needed for cooking, great TV (rarely used) and was very, very quiet!The location was PERFECT - great location for walking/shopping with the locals, browsing galleries, and yet only stpes away from more touristy areas (Louvre, Notre Dame) Will definitely stay again.Read this comment on Typepad

We was at the apartment with two children. The location is perfect, near of the museum and monuments. Also, you have a Carrefour at 150 metres. A good place for staying at Paris with children. We could not believe how lucky we were to get this apartment! The most basic of hotel rooms in this area for only 2 people were way more expensive and this apartment fit 4 extremely comfortably. The space, the kitchen, the location!!! We could not have asked for anything better! The service was great too. Good communication, they turned up on time, had a very relaxed but helpful approach. We had a fantastic week at Christmas in this lovely apartment. The location is excellent, close to the river and plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. Heating works well, there is good wifi and the entire place is well equipped (although no oven). We had a fantastic time here recently. The location is magnificent with easy walks to Notre Dame, Musee D'Orsay, the Louvre and all the restaurants, cafes and boulangeries around the St Michel area. We stayed at 18 Rue Dauphine from April 15-22. This was our third stay at this apartment. In the past this was a wonderful apartment. Unfortunately, to our disappointment, this time when we arroved the apartment was filthy. The gentleman who greeted us was so embarrassed by the awful state of the apartment that he took it upon himself to vacuum the carpet. Sadly, this was not the only problem, the furniture and the area carpet in the living room were stained, the paint in the walls was chipping off and a metal bar was lying in the shower in the bathroom. I phoned the office to notify them of the problems and was assured that the problem would be rectified immediately. Nobody, at any time, came to take care of these problems. I assure you that we are not fussy people but this much dirt is something that is not acceptable. This was a very disappointing stay that was made worse by parisaddress' lack of action and response. Additionally, the outside of the building is being painted and, as a result, we were told that we would be reimbursed 15% because of the construction. I still have not received this refund.
