At the bottom of Montmartre Hill and The Abbesses, this apartment is well located in the ninth district, beloved area of all musicians and lively by day and by night… The Moulin Rouge is located at less than five minutes by foot and many bars, brasseries and restaurants will take you into the Paris by Night… St Georges place, The Opéra Garnier as such as the Grands Boulevards (with the well known malls 'Printemps', 'Galeries Lafayette'…) are quite close too and the public transport network will allow you to go downtown very quickly… The closest subway stop are Pigalle, Blanche and St Georges.

This apartment is located on the 1st floor of a beautiful Haussmannian building with lift. The access is secured by a door code and an intercom.
The living-room, the dining-room and the master bedroom windows open on a small balcony overlooking the street. The two other bedrooms overlook a lovely courtyard.
All the windows are double-glazed.
The master bedroom and the living-room both have a small balcony (two people can stand on it).

Layout

This sumptuous 120 sqm apartment has been entirely renovated by an interior architect in Dec 2012.
It features three separate bedrooms and can sleep up to six guests. It is organized as such : the entrance hall first leads to the very spacious living-room, wonderful with its refined moldings and its high ceiling. It features a large angle couch, a coffee table and two comfortable design pouffes around an elegant decorative marble chimney. An audio system for iPod / iPhone is at your disposal and a DVD player.
The living-room communicates with the living-room. It features a dining table that can be adjusted to accommodate six guests. The kitchen is well equipped, it is open on the living-room.

The spacious master bedroom is accessible from the entrance hall. It has a queen size bed (160x200) and a large storage space. Its en suite bathroom features a walk-in shower, a washbasin and toilets.
The second bedroom features a sofabed for two people (140x190). This room has three doors : there is a door giving on the entrance hall, another giving on the living-room, and a third giving on the third bedroom. Of course all these doors can be closed so you can keep your intimacy, and no one has to cross this bedroom to access the third room or any other room.
This bedroom is lovely, it is very quiet, its windows give on a quiet courtyard.
The third bedroom is accessible from the dining-room and from the second bedroom. It has two single beds 90x190 (bunk bed) and also gives on the quiet courtyard.

The second bathroom gives on the entrance hall. It has a bathtub, a washbasin and toilets.
Next to this bathroom you will find the laundry room (with a washer and a dryer). You can easily store your luggage in the laundry room.
