For any arrival after 8pm, you shall reserve a taxi via our taxi partner company from your arrival location.

The taxi driver will then have the apartment key with him and will open you the apartment door.
This will cost you no extra fees except the taxi fare.

Location

Located in the neighborhood of Montparnasse and Saint Germain des Pres, this charming "pied-à-terre" will seduce every Paris addict ! This area was one of the preferred areas by all american people in the 20s, with many artist studios, public gardens... The closest metro stations are Duroc, Falguiere, Montparnasse, Pasteur and Vaneau.

Standing

The apartment is located on the 6th floor (with lift) of a good standing building whose entrance is secured by a door code.

Layout

This 45sqm2 apartment has a separate bedroom and a living-room. It is equipped with a comfortable couch from where you will have the chance to see the Eiffel Tower (as well as a beautiful view on the Parisian roofs), and an armchair, very comfortable too ! In the living-room you will also find a folding dining table (the chairs are in the bedroom). When not in use it takes a very little room so should you not need it, it will not stay in the middle of the living-room. From the corridor you will access the bedroom which has been nicely decorated. Simply but tastefully. You will love the brightness of this room. It is also really quiet. The double bed (160x200) is perfect for a good night sleep and the big closet will be convenient to store your belongings. The kitchen is accessible from the entrance corridor, first room on the right. It is small but cleverly thought. It has an astonishing view on the Parisian roofs, and you can even have breakfast in it as there is a small table with 2 chairs. The bathroom is next to the bedroom, its also gives on the corridor and has a bathtub and toilets. This beautiful apartment is really calm, bright and all the rooms have clear views on the city. It can accommodate a maximum of two people so you will be very comfortably installed in this apartment. You will have much space for an interesting price.

This appartment is as nice or even nicer than the pictures show and with an amazing view of the Eiffel Tower. It is decorated with taste and fully-equipped (ironing machine, bed linen, etc. even coffe makers and clothes horse!). The building is very quiet and at the same time near lots of lively restaurants, supermarkets, market... Very close to the subway and bike renting points. We fully enjoyed our stay in Paris thanks to ParisAddress. Félicitations pour le magnifique travail!
