Location

This apartment in Paris is very well located in the 17th district, next to the 16th and the 8th districts, and is only a few steps away from the Champs Elysées. All the shops that you could need are very close, such as a supermarket, bakeries, caterer and fish shop, as well as the high end shops on the most famous avenue in the world. You will particularly love the well known Poncelet market nearby, beloved by the inhabitants, where fresh fruit and vegetables are available and butchers offer their wares. Not to be missed is the fish shop Daguerre Marée, which is one of the best in Paris. The apartment street itself is very calm, the Lebon Street and its covered market (Le Marché Couvert des Ternes) are next door.
The closest subway stops are Pereire, Ternes, Argentine and Charles de Gaulle Etoile. Many bus lines also run through here.

Standing

Located on the 4th floor of a high standard Haussmannian building equipped with a lift. The access is secured by a gate with a magnetic key and an intercom. All the windows are double glazed. The living-room has a Juliet balcony large enough to stand outside and enjoy the air !

Layout

This 140sqm (1412 sq ft) wonderful apartment can sleep up to eight quiet guests. It is very spacious and might seem labyrinthine but it can be described as such : The elegant entrance hall first gives on the main room, on your right hand side. This main room has been divided in two rooms. The living-room and the dining-room. The living-room features a large couch, an armchair and a design coffee table, organized around the beautiful an decorative chimney. A piano, tuned, is at your disposal. (Make sure you don't play too loud in the mornings or in the evenings) The French window behind the couch gives on a Juliet balcony. The living-room is open on the dining-room even of both rooms has their own entrance door giving on the hallway. The living-room features a dining table for eight people. A second living-room is accessible from the hallway, it is right in front of the dining-room. It can be used as a TV room for children for instance, or as a fourth bedroom as there is a sofabed for two people (140x190). Curtains have been installed on the door to offer a maximum of privacy. From the entrance hall you will access the first bedroom, on the right hand side, after the dining-room. It features a hideaway bed (two single beds 90x200) : you can use the two single beds as such, or as a double bed (king size 180x200) if you prefer. You will be able to store your clothes in the wardrobe with mirror sliding doors. Should you need to sit and work in a quiet environment, this bedroom features a desk. Next to this bedroom, accessible from the corridor, you will find a first bathroom. It features a bathtub. On this corridor you will also find two lavatories. The first one features the toilets and a washbasin, the second one toilets, the washing-machine and the dryer. The second bedroom gives on this corridor. It is the master bedroom. It has a queen size bed (160x200) and a wardrobe with shelves. It is a very quiet room giving on the back side of the building. The third bedroom is at the end of the corridor. It features two single beds (80x190) and a wardrobe. Note that you can also store your belongings in the wardrobe located in the corridor that leads to the third bedroom. The second bathroom is right next to this bedroom. It features a walk-in shower. The fitted kitchen is accessible from the entrance hall, it has a bar with two high stools if needed. To conclude, this sumptuous apartment can sleep up to eight guests. It has all the features of a traditional Parisian apartment : wooden floor, moldings, high ceilings,...It is a beautiful place perfect for short or longer stays, suitable for peaceful families as the building is very quiet. You will appreciate the comfort, space, all that at a very fair price considering its standing and its location !
