Location
This apartment to rent in Paris is in the 17th district two steps away from the district of the Batignolles. The Lévis street is well known for its many cafes, restaurants and clothes shops. It is a very pleasant, popular district, not very far from Montmartre and the Monceau park. The closest subway to the Paris rental apartment is Malesherbes.
Standing
Located on the 9th floor of a building with a lift. The access is secured by a secured door with an intercom.
The apartment has a 4 sqm balcony offering a wonderful view on the Montmartre Hill with the Sacré Coeur on top of it, and a clear view in front of you.
This apartment has many large windows, the apartment is therefore extremely bright. It will be a real pleasure to live in it !
Layout
This comfortable 52 sqm apartment has a separate bedroom and two bathrooms.
It can sleep up to four guests.
The entrance corridor leads to all the room : the living-room is on the back, it is lovely, very bright, bathed in sun when the weather allows it thanks to the many windows and the clear view. It features a sofabed (140x200), a coffee table and armchairs.
The dining area features a dining table that can comfortably accommodate up to six guests. The French windows open on a balcony that offers a great view on the Montmartre Hill.
The kitchen is very well equipped. It has an entrance door giving on the corridor, but the other side is open on the dining area.
The bedroom is accessible from the corridor. It features two single beds (80x200) that can be put side by side to form a queen size bed (160x200). It also has storage space for your clothes.
A wardrobe in the corridor will enable you to store your coats, dresses, etc..
The apartment has two bathrooms which is great and quite unusual for a 1-bedroom apartment !
They both give on the corridor. One of them is next to the entrance door, it has a large walk-in shower, a washbasin and toilets, the other is next to the living-room door, it also has a walk-in shower, a washbasin and toilets.
To conclude this apartment is very comfortable for four people. It is located in a typical Parisian area, near the famous Levis Street and its numerous high quality food shops and restaurant. You will have a chance to discover a true Parisian atmosphere, in a comfortable, very luminous and contemporary apartment, at a very fair price !
