Location

This apartment to rent in Paris is located in the 8th district, two steps away from this typically Parisian neighbourhood : The Batignolles. Parisian people love its many cafes, restaurants and clothes shops. It is a very pleasant, popular area. You will appreciate the organic market of the Batignolles nearby (50m away), St Lazare station and all its shops around are only 500m away. The closest metro stations are Rome (line 2, at 200m), Place de Clichy (line 13 and 2 at 200m), Europe (line 3, at 400m) or Liège (line 13, at 400m as well). The buses are also really convenient as you will be able to discover the city without any effort ! Only 100m away, the bus 80 will lead you to the Champs Elysées on one direction, and on Montmartre on the other one. 50m away, the bus 30 will carry you to Pigalle or to Charles de Gaulle. If you want to reach the Opera Garnier and its lovely area, the bus 66 will be the one !

Standing

This apartment is located on the ground floor of a building secured by a door code. The building gives on a quiet courtyard.

Layout

This very charming 38sqm apartment has two separated rooms. It has been entirely renewed just recently (Feb 2012) and decorated in a contemporary style. The entrance gives on the main room. It features a living-room area with an angle couch (with a sofabed for two people 140x200), a coffee table and a television. A Radio-Ipod-Smartphone deck is available so you can enjoy your music. A beautiful wooden high table with its high stools can be used as a dining table or just as a desk. The fitted kitchen is open on the main room. It is contemporary, well equipped with nothing but brand new equipment. From the living-room you will reach the bedroom. It is very quiet, giving on the courtyard as well. It features a queen size bed (160x200), a wardrobe, an Art Deco style chest of drawers with a large mirror on it. The bathroom is absolutely gorgeous, in a contemporary style, with a lovely walk-in shower, two washbasins and the toilets. This apartment can sleep up to four guests. It is very charming, decorated with much taste in a 'loft' spirit, with carefully choses paintings and pictures on the walls and nice industrial style lamps. It will be perfect for a couple or for a group of four people willing to stay in a fairly priced and comfortable apartment, in a typically Parisian area from where you will easily reach all parts of Paris.

Lovely apartment in a fantastic location - on a peaceful residential street and yet right next to Place de Clichy, with the Batignolles bio-marche every Saturday morning, and a choice of well-stocked supermarkets just around the corner. Could be a little depressing during the colder months as there is not much natural light, but it was lovely and cool during the "canicule" this summer!
