For any arrival after 8pm, you shall reserve a taxi via our taxi partner company from your arrival location.

The taxi driver will then have the apartment key with him and will open you the apartment door.
This will cost you no extra fees except the taxi fare.

Location

By renting this Paris apartment, you are in the heart of Saint Germain des Pres, near Saint Sulpice, the cafés de Flore and Deux Magots. Many of the luxury brands are here, as well as plenty of restaurants and cafes and the open-air-market of Rue de Buci, where the vendors are always very friendly.

Standing

High standing building. The Paris apartment is located on the second floor without an elevator and overlooks a lovely flowery courtyard. The apartment is therefore very quiet.

Layout

Large 35m2 Paris studio consisting of a main room with two sofas. One is convertible into a double bed (140 * 200).The sleeping space with a double bed (140 * 200) is separated from the living room by a curtain. The bathroom has a beautiful shower. The fully equipped kitchen is separate. It is a very nice Paris rental apartment, well designed, comfortable and amazingly well located.

Positives: Apartment was very well situated and despite being in the center of the 6th, surprisingly quite. We were met at the apartment and the signing in and review of papers went smoothly. Plenty of very good restaurants right outside the apartment. I used Paris Address' car service for pickup and drop off. Jean Paul was a gentleman, nice to be met on time and with a pleasant attitude. The negatives: As the shower is the only means of bathing, it would be nice if the shower head worked properly (it literally sprayed in a 'circle'). Also, the room had a bit of a funky smell, part stale air, cleaning solution and an old rug. Overall, a nice experience. I will certainly use Paris Address again.

Positive: the location was great! You can go most of places with in walking distance. Near by bus and subway stations. Grocery stores like monoprix, francprix are just around the corner. Nice neighborhood. If you arrive at evening, I recommend using Paris address taxi service. It is easy and comfort. You don't have to worry about taxi fraud against visitors and you don’t have to worry even when you arrive late at your apartment. I personally appreciate to Fabien who took care of my contract on first day. He is such a kind and nice man. Actually it was my first time to rent an apartment. He made me relaxed and explained what I needed. Negative: the sofa bed needs improvement. It is fragile. Kitchen knife need sharpener. It is dull. Toilet is clean but shower booth…Hmm…little bit small for big guy. TV..I like to see some English program but I couldn’t find out how to. Anyway my kids enjoy French dubbed cartoons. They don’t care about language. Overall: My family likes this place. My 2 kids asked me to go Paris again. I’ll definitely choose Paris address again.

We really loved the apartment at 33 rue du Four equally we loved the excellent service that we had from the staff at Paris Address. We thoroughly enjoyed a 10 day stay at the apartment. It was exactly what we needed for 2 adults and two small children. The apartment was close to everything that we needed, boulangerie, epicerie, green grocer, cafe, metro, parks and pastry shops. Jean Paul was charming and very kind. Our flight was early and we had a small wait because of the flight being early to get in the apartment. Jean Paul went out of his way to stay with us until the lady arrived. We loved the apartment and we really had an excellent experience with Paris Address and look forward to staying with them again.

I stayed at FOUR33 with my wife for a week. We enjoyed its great location, full of small Bistros, boulangeries, market, etc. in one of Paris' most enjoyable "arrondisements". Walking distance to many, many places. ParisAddress service was excelent, starting with an easy reservation and payment process. Marco was very kind, waiting for us at the appartment, which is more than we expected! Absolutely everything we needed was there. Next time in Paris, we'll stay at FOUR33 again. Do not hesitate, this is the best way to enjoy this wonderful city!

The location of the apartment is great and I would recommend the airport pick up service so this can be co-ordinated with meeting the Paris- Address rep on arrival. The induction for the use of the apartment was comprehensive and the Paris Address representative was efficient and pleasant. Whilst the apartment sleeps 4 your children do need to be young as we found it a bit tight with two teenagers. Thanks

A good location for visiting Paris by foot, bus or subways, and we could find anything we wanted in just walking distances. The appartement has a big dressing, and the sofa bed was comfortable. The only negative thing was sometime it had a bad smell from the bathroom. Thank you to ParisAddress who made our stay in Paris enjoyable. We certainly will use ParisAddress again for our next visit.

Brilliant location and amenities. We had everything we needed in the apartment which was clean and tidy. The agent was very helpful and check out was easy. Would recommend as a practical and affordable alternative to hotels if staying more then a few days in Paris.

We recently stayed at this apartment and were very happy with it and Parisaddress. This was the first time I had rented the apartment and we were a bit nervous. But everything went well we were met at the apartment on time, signed all the paperwork and were shown through. It was nicely presented and in a great location to shops and sightseeing. The only negative was there were a few lights that needed new bulbs other than that it was great the beds were comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay. I will definitely use Parisaddress again and have already recommended them and the apartment to friends.

My wife and I enjoyed 33 Rue du Four at the end of May, 2012. Perfect place for two, would be tight with additional adults. Kitchen was adequate, bathroom was fine. Living area was great. Bed was very comfortable, and plenty of storage in the built in. Location is perfect - a block to the metro, and shops/food everywhere. Would use again without hesitation.
