Location
Montparnasse, La Coupole, the Bistro de Dôme, Joséphine Baker and so many others. Come and taste this slice of history that was the Roaring 20's! In a neighbourhood full of history but still very modern, you will enjoy the comfort and sweetness of life if you rent this Paris apartment. The area is safe and lively thanks to all the little restaurants and shops you will find nearby. One minute away you will discover the very lively Marché Edgar Quinet, an open air market that takes place on Wednesdays and on Saturdays.
If you plan to go to the theater, this address is the best one as there are not less than 9 theatres in the close area ! Most of the are in the aparmtent street, Gaite Street, one of them is nearby on Main street and another one is near the Jolivet Square.
You will be able to walk to the Invalides or to discover Sevres Street and Rennes Street. It will lead you to the heart of St Germain des Pres. The closest metro stations are Gaite, Edgar Quinet and Montparnasse.
Standing
This apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building without a lift. The access is secured by a door code and a second gate with a code.
The building has a beautiful entrance, the stairs have been recently renovated.
The windows give on Gaite Street. You will have a view on the Montparnasse tower, very impressive at night !
The ceiling and the walls of the apartment are sound-proof.
Layout
This charming 30sqm studio is very bright. It is comfortable as it has been renovated recently.
It has a nice room divided in several areas. The sleeping corner with a double bed (140x200) for two people, a dining-room area with the dining table for four people and a lounge part with two armchairs around the decorative chimney.
The kitchen gives on the main room. It is small but functional, made-tu-measure by an architect with high quality features such as electric stoves, mix-oven (micro-wave, steam, regular oven or grill). It also features a washer.
The bathroom features a bathtub and the toilets.
You will be able to store your clothes in the wardrobe located in the hallway.
To conclude, this lovely studio will be perfect for a couple or a single person. It is luminous, quiet, very comfortable, it will be an ideal pied-à-terre wether you need a place for a week or for few months.
