The apartment rental in Paris is uniquely located in the heart of Saint Germain des Pres. Two steps from the Odeon area, the Rue Gregoire de Tours is a small street perpendicular to the Rue de Buci and Boulevard St Germain.

The Paris apartment looks onto a courtyard. It is located on the first floor without a lift. Very calm and bright, this apartment has an ideal location.

45 m2 Paris apartment to rent consisting of a living / dining room and a separate bedroom with a double bed 140 * 200. The main room has a dinning table allowing up to 6 guests. A bench / bed allows an extra bed. The kitchen, which has been recently renovated, is open on the living room. The bathroom has a bathtub / shower. This short term apartment rental in Paris is full of charm with beautiful beams, high ceilings and one of the best locations in Paris.

This was a great apartment in an excellent location. It is on a street that is right in the heart of St Germain des Pres with lots of cafes close at hand on the street. However the apartment is set back from the street and as a result is very quiet. The apartment was clean when we arrived and the agent was at the apartment to greet us at the appointed time. Instructions about the flat were good and if we had any problems they were resolved efficiently and quickly.It is a well equipped apartment, roomy and ideal for two people with the option of a bed settee in the main room for a third person.A time was made to depart and allow the cleaners to arrive and they were all there at the correct time. All very efficient. We would happily return to this apartment and will certainly be recommending it to our friends.

GREG 16 is an ideal location for touring Paris...very safe, easy walking to many locations, small Metro within a block, large one with RER close as well, restaurants, markets, bakeries at the doorstep and the river is so close. We've stayed in many Paris locations and this was perfect. That said, the apartment is fine for two...more than that would be crowded. Photos are deceptive primarily because of windows...both in the living area and bedroom, they face light shafts, so there is no 'view' at all and not a lot of light. It is very quiet, however, and, for our October visit, lack of light or breeze was not a problem. There was plenty of closet space and hot water which was a pleasant surprise and, while sparsely furnished, it was comfortable. Since this is clearly a regular rental apartment it would be nice to have more instructions in English (how to use telephone, espresso maker) as well as information about which outlets work with appliances, etc. Paris address was quick to exchange hair dryers when the one in the apartment required a British converter. Only other problem was getting apartment keys. Flight was very late and our contact had another appointment so couldn't wait for us. He left the keys at a tiny restaurant a few blocks away and it was only luck that we found it. Restaurant next door, which backs on to apartment courtyard would have been MUCH better choice. I would definitely use parisaddress.com again.

Coté Positive: situation à St Germain des Prés : excellent. Parisaddress très professionnel et attentif aux besoins des locataires. Même si la situation de cet appartement est excellente, l'appartement même est mal-équipé- verres, bouchon pour le bain, ustensiles pour la cuisine.

We mostly agree with the other postings here, although they have rectified the lack of instructions in English. This apartment is in a great location, very busy outside, and very quiet inside. It’s comfortable for two people; perhaps a little threadbare, but like living in your great aunt’s place. About the only downside points were the lack of hangers in the closet, the electrical outlet in the bathroom that could not support the hair dryer, and the less-than-wonderful bed linens. Also, it could use more lighting; a bit dark for our tastes. Furthermore, would be great if there were a clothes dryer along with the washer. The clothes dried fairly quickly hanging over the bathtub, but still… The taxi driver who met us at CDG and the greeter were both very helpful, and we had no problems with the place itself (other than the hairdryer, which PA replaced pretty promptly.) One could probably stay within a ten block radius of this apartment, eat very well, and experience great shopping, without going anywhere else in Paris. We especially recommend Fish and Cosi (restaurant and sandwiches respectively.) Right around the corner is a good supermarket, Carrefours. Overall, would we stay here again? Definitely!

16 GREG is a hidden gem.Close to the Metro(ODEON),Restaurants,Wine store,Caterers,Grocery store.Apartment is clean with all amenities;dish and clothes washers,bath and shower,microwave and stove top,dihes, cutlery and wine and champagne glasses.Nothing is missing.Quiet.Great books WIFI.Prices are reasonable.Get the taxi offered because the cost is a bargain and the driver meets you when youstep out of the arrival gate.I would highly recommend 16 GREG

L'appartement est tres bien situe et tres calme.Il manque neanmoins un certain nombre de choses: Cuisine sous equipee (manque de casseroles, couverts, ciseaux, couteau a huitres, etc.) Pas de sechoir a linge. Eclairage insuffisant. nombre de porte-manteaux insuffisants dans placard. pas de cafetiere ou de bouilloire digne de ce nom. L'endroit reste cependant agreable a cause de son emplacement parisien. Une action corrective aux petits manques pourraient ameliorer le sejour des futurs occupants.

Having recently spent a month in Paris, hanging our hat @ 16 Rue Gregory, we have fond memories of Paris, as well as our digs. The apartment was thoughtfully and tastefully decorated, and very well situated in a most lively part of town. The appliances were adequate, a clothing washer but no dryer, and the stove top cookers were intermittently functional. Too many electrical cords. All in all, a charming flat from which one can happily make an assault on the world's greatest city.

My husband and I stayed at 16 Rue Gregorie for two and a half weeks in July. The location was perfect for travelers. The proximity to multiple Metro stops was ideal. The amenities are just what we were looking for - WiFi, clothes washer, a comfortable living area to relax, and a sufficiently appointed kitchen. Linens could use some updating, but all-in-all we could not have been happier.

Adorei esta recente temporada em Paris. O apartamento é ultra bem localizado, a alguns passos do Boulevard Saint Germain. É silencioso e tem tudo de que se precisa para uma temporada. Só houve um problema. A televisão não funcionava e o concerto demorou a ser feito, quase na véspera de nossa partida. Ainda assim voltaria a hospedar-me lá. Recomendo.
