Located at Denfert Rochereau, this apartment rental in Paris is 10 minutes walk from Montparnasse and one subway station from the "Jardin du Luxembourg" and the "Sorbone". This charming "pied à terre" will seduce all lovers of the true Paris.The area was one of those prefered by American people during the 20th century, with many artist studios and public gardens in its surroundings. You will only be 2 minutes walk from the famous French market "le marché Daguerre", where you will find all that you need to prepare French cuisine in your Parisian apartment!

Layout
This charming 30sqm apartment has two rooms. The main room has a sofa, a coffee table and a dining table that can accomodate two people. You can access the bedroom from the main room. Two people can sleep in the double bed (140x200) and you will be able to store your clothes in the wardrobe. The kitchen opens on to the living-room and is small, but convenient and modern at the same time. The entrance hall leads to the kitchen on one side and to the bathroom on the other. The bathroom has a modern walk-in shower and toilet. This Paris apartment rental which sleeps two has been nicely decorated and recently renewed. It is bright, even though it is located on the ground floor, and at night you will have a chance to enjoy the absolute stillness of the place. It is not that spacious, but everything has been arranged for convenience. You will feel perfectly snug in your short term Paris apartment.

I spent several delightful days in this apartment in September. It was perfect, comfortable, clean, and located in a wonderful neighborhood. Rue Daguerre is just steps away -- with all its cafes and shops. Plus, the apartment is the perfect home base for walking all over Paris. We stayed here with our 4mo daugher for a week in November. The apartment is actually nicer than the pictures make out! Yes it is cosy but it's all spanking new and clean. The area is fab for chilling out, plenty of gorgeous food options all around. The people from Paris Address were excellent to deal with. I spent 5 weeks at this wonderful, nicely appointed apartment in a marvelous neighborhood. Rue Daguerre and the local greenmarket were most convenient and provided me with great food. Parc Montsouris was nearby and fun to run in every day with my dog. The apartment was compact but included just about everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It was fun to look for celebrity's gravestones at the Cemitiere Montparnesse. I found the location ideal.Read this comment on Typepad

The appartment is (like many apparts from ParisAddress) perfectly located nearby a nice neighbourhood. The appartment is little but good. Comparing it with other apparts we loved the bathroom and the fridge (sounds strange but we've seen worse). There's only one small remark and that's that it's a little noisy. We could listen to every word the neighbours said in their bedroom. We had a pleasant stay and we will certainly rent again an appart from ParisAddress!Read this comment on Typepad
