Location
This Paris aparment to rent short term is on the Mouffetard Street and is also accessible from Tournefort Street which will enable you to reach the Pantheon even faster.
Mouffetard Street is a very animated pedestrian street with a permanent market and many cafes and restaurants in the heart of the 5th district. This place is absolutely magic and perfect for discovering Paris, with its colored environment and its special atmosphere. The nearest subways are Place Monge and Censier Daubenton.
Standing
This apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building with lift. There are two entrances to reach the building. Both entries are secured by a door code. If you arrive from Mouffetard Street, you will cross two lovely paved courtyards planted with trees, if you arrive from Tournefort Street, after the first gate with a door code you will directly reach the building entrance equipped with an intercom.
The apartment is very quiet, the windows of the main room give on the courtyard. From the upstairs bedroom skylight you can see the Pantheon.
Layout
This 96sqm apartment has two separate bedrooms, it can sleep up to four guests.
The spacious entrance hall directly leads to the main room. This room has been organized in two areas, the living area with a couch, an armchair, a coffee table and a flat television, then the dining area with a dining table for four guests.
The first bedroom is accessible from the entrance hall as well. It features a double bed (140x200) and a wardrobe. You will sleep there like a baby as the bedroom is very quiet.
The bathroom is located right next to the bedroom, it features a bathtub.
You will have to use the stairs and climb its twelve steps to access the second bedroom. It is very spacious, very quiet as well. It features two single beds (80x190) and an armchair, perfect if you need to isolate yourself to read, work or just think ! This bedroom also features a desk. From the skylight you will have the pleasure to see the top of the Pantheon.
From the entrance hall you will also access the fitted kitchen.
The toilets are in a separate room, located next to the kitchen. They also feature a washbasin.
This charming apartment will be perfect for a couple with two children, or just a group of friends looking for a comfortable, spacious and quiet place to stay. The exposed wooden beams give a warm atmosphere to this cozy apartment, very well located in the Latin Quarter, close to many sights such as the Luxembourg Garden, the Pantheon, the Place Monge and so much more !
