The apartment is at the border of the 15th and the 7th district. In a very calm street, it enjoys an ideal site. Indeed, it is, two steps away of the Champs de Mars and of the the rue du Commerce (15th district side), well known for its many shops and its "village" atmosphere. The nearest subways are the Motte Picquet Grenelle and Cambrone.Standing
This apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building equipped with a lift. The apartment itself is very quiet. The windows overlook the Letellier Street which is not a busy street. The building access is secured by two coded-doors.Layout
This charming 50sqm apartment has two separate bedrooms. It can sleep up to four guests. The entrance hall gives on the living-room. It features a sofabed (140x200), a coffee table and a flat TV. Note that two people can sleep on the sofabed if needed, but even if there are enough beds for five, the apartment is advertised for four people MAXIMUM. The living-room has a decorative chimney and two high chairs next to it. The fitted kitchen is open on the main room. It is not that spacious but still functional. The corridor will lead you to the two bedrooms. The master bedroom, on the back, features a double bed (140x200) and a large corner wardrobe where you can store your clothes and luggage. The second bedroom is smaller, it features a single bed (90x200) and a wardrobe. The bathroom is located next to the entrance hall. It features a walk-in shower and the toilets. This apartment will be perfect for a couple with a child, or three people. However it can sleep up to four people. It is quiet, bright, agreeable, at a very fair price considering its location (near the Eiffel Tower and 500m away from the Champs de Mars !) and the fact that it has two separate bedrooms.Special Note
