Located in a quiet street in Neuilly Sur Seine, prestigious neighborhood close to Paris. The area is very quiet, residential and very safe. Shops (bakeries, supermarket, etc..) are located nearby and the closest metro station is only 5 minutes walk : from the Pont de Neuilly metro station you can catch the line 1 to reach the Arc de Triomphe in 5 minutes or the Louvre in 15-20minutes. If you need to work at La Defense, you can easily walk there. The area is very nice, especially if you have children as 100m away from the apartment you will find a parc and just a little bit further you can reach the huge and amazing Bois de Boulogne with its museum, garden, island and woods !Standing
This apartment is located on the ground floor of a building secured by a magnetic key and an intercom. It is very quiet and has a 38sqm terrace. Note that the apartment has an alarm system.Layout
This charming 60sqm apartment has two rooms. The large entrance hall will lead you to the main room, divided in two areas. First the living-room with a brand new sofabed (140x200) and a coffee table and then the dining-room with a dining table for four people. From this room you will access the 38sqm terrace planted with trees, perfect during the summer season ! The main room gives on the bedroom. It features a double bed (140x200) and a large wardrobe with sliding mirror doors. The bedroom is very quiet, you will sleep like a baby ! The French windows open on the terrace. The bathroom is located in a corridor accessible from the entrance hall. It has a bathtub. The toilets are in a separate room next to the bathroom. On the other side of the apartment you will find the equipped kitchen. You will be able to store more belongings in the wardrobe next to the entrance hall and in the corridor that leads to the kitchen. To conclude, this apartment can sleep up to four guests. It will be perfect to discover a prestigious and extra safe neighborhood : Neuilly Sur Seine, as well as Paris as you will reach the Arc de Triomphe in less than ten minutes.
