For any arrival after 8pm, you shall reserve a taxi via our taxi partner company from your arrival location.

The taxi driver will then have the apartment key with him and will open you the apartment door.
This will cost you no extra fees except the taxi fare.

Location

A few steps away from Republique place, at the subway station Jacques Bonsergent, you will discover by renting this apartment the real Parisian life. The neighbourhood is safe and recently renovated. You will enjoy its the central position and also the “frenzy” of a Paris which becomes in vogue: Do not hesitate to go and see the Oberkampf street’s bars, the Favela Chic and the Saint Martin channel quays. You are very close from the Marais and Bastille. You will be shown the true life of a Parisian as if you were one yourself!

Standing

The Paris apartment is in a good standing building, secured by a digicode. The view on the Sacré Coeur, laid on the Montmartre hillock, when you exit the lift is a real delight! The building is very clean and well maintained.

Layout

This large studio to rent in Paris is very luminous and has a space worthy of the most beautiful lofts or artist workshops. Very astute storage spaces make the apartment larger. The kitchen, as if you were on a boat, opens on the living room and is fully equipped and functional. The bedroom has a double bed, and a bench which allows a further person to sleep (although this apartment is available for three people, the very comfortable sofa may be convenient for a child). The bath room has a walk-in shower. Lastly, the best point of the apartment: At evening time, close to the fireplace, you will perceive the Eiffel Tower, one of the rare Paris vacation rentals with this privilege. Beside it, the 10th district town hall offers one of its most beautiful profiles.

Hi Yohan, I want to let you know that my husband and I stayed in one of your Paris apartments and it was wonderful. We are familiar with the area, having stayed near there before, so were glad to return to the neighborhood with our favorite patisserie, etc. Our contact for the stay was Nazim. He was very helpful, coming over after midnight once when we had a question. He had a great sense of humor and spoke very good English, with no accent, and made us wish we could speak better French. The apartment was exactly as promised and looked identical to the photographs on your website. We are planning on coming back to Paris in October of 2008 and will contact you again for a place to stay. I will recommend you to my friends. Best, Lisa and Will Oda

We chose Paris Address for our honeymoon, and our apartment at 43 Blvd Magenta was everything we had hoped it would be: full of light, well-furnished and homey. The location in the 10th was perfect for us. It was so nice to experience the Paris beyond the postcards, to live there, if only for a short time. Happy days and wonderful memories. Trato de la agencia agradable y serio. Un apartamento muy bien situado. Buhardilla confortable (en mayo)y con encanto. Imagino que en verano muy caluroso. Vistas que, sin ser espectaculares, son muy agradables. Sensación muy parisina. Algunos defectos de mantenimiento facilmente subsanables (tapa WC rota, por ejemplo). Y parte de la carpinteria de cerramientos. Un solo canal de TV español en la tele (TV1 Int). Volvería otra vez.

Hello! I have now been to Paris 3 times and your place at 43 Magenta was my favorite! Couldn't ask for more :) It was lovely just sitting at the table with a bottle of wine and watching The Eiffel Tower sparkle! Even sent the link to my friends and clients back home in the States so they could keep it in mind for their travels as well! I would happily stay there again! Cheers, Sandra

We had a wonderful 16 days at this very clean and comfortable apartment. The location is fantasic and it is a great base to travel anywhere in Paris or even by Eurostar as Gare de Nord train station is five minutes walk away. We really appreciated the excellent customer service of your agent Gabrielle. We especially loved the view of the Effiel tower and the wonderful warm central heating. There is nothing better than coming 'home' at the end of a hard days sight seeing in Paris to a comfortable, inviting apartment. Many thanks to the team at Paris Address. Our stay in MAG43 was a mixture of work and leisure and we found the flat very convenient and pleasant for both. In addition to the thoughtful design and quirky decor of the flat itself, we enjoyed the location - at the meeting-point of a variety of very different communities.

Hi all, I stayed in the appartment for almost six months and to be honest I will miss it maybe the most from Paris. Near Saint Denis full of ethnical restaurants and bars, with a view on tour Eiffel. It just needed to take Saint Martin Street and in half hour you were at Seine river. The appartment was a really party place with a large corridor/kitchen. I really recomend it to anybody who wants to spend a Paris mood and sleep right after the roof as the paris' artists did

We've stayed 43 Magenta for 5 days. Visiting Paris for the first time we have enjoyed the appt. Wonderfully located near canal St. Martin, with plenty of great restaurants in the neighborhood. Easy access to the Metro and bus made traveling around easy. The appt. was clean and comfortable and the ParisAdress maintenance team was great in fixing minor mishaps. Without doubt far better way to stay in Paris then a hotel. And yes the Eiffel is in your window.

My wife and I enjoyed our stay in Mag43,however we were amazed at the indifference of the staff to the fact that our TV didn't work for the whole period of our stay.My queries and complaints were met with the suggestion that we read the fine print in our contract.This was our third stay with parisaddress,and we have previously recommended them to many friends.It appears that when things go smoothly parisaddress is fine,but if something goes wrong,you are on your own.

I was lucky enough to stay at 43 Blvd de Magenta for a month this year. I did not want to leave! Beautiful apartment (just like the photos) in a fantastic location. Close to Canal St Martin, patisseries, cafes and great bars and restaurants. Be sure to visit Bob's Juice Bar (around the corner from the apartment). It became my morning ritual! There is nothing better than staying on the rooftops of Paris with a view of the Eiffel Tower. I will definitely be returning....as soon as possible. Jennifer Sydney, Australia
