Location

Apartment available to rent in a residential area of Paris close to the river and just behind Passy area. The location is very nice with many shops and restaurants. The Eiffel Tower is less than ten minutes walk away. The closest subway stations to the short term Paris apartment are Passy, Trocadero and Champs de Mars-Tour Eiffel, just on the other side of the Seine.

Standing

This apartment is located on the 6th floor of a beautiful Haussmannian building equipped with a lift. The access is secured by two doors and an intercom. The apartment itself is very quiet. It features a balcony accessible from the living-room / dining-room from where you can see the top of the Eiffel Tower.

Layout

This 130sqm (1417sq ft) apartment has four separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. It can sleep up to seven guests. The entrance gives on a hallway that leads directly to the living-room and the dining-room. The living area features a couch and several armchairs organized around the decorative chimney. The dining area has a large dining table for eight people. These two rooms have French windows that open on a balcony from where you will see the top of the Eiffel Tower as well as the beautiful buildings in front of you. The entrance hall also leads to the two wings of the apartment. The first one, in front of you, features two bedrooms and the toilets. The first bedroom on the right has a queen size bed (160x200), a wardrobe and a desk. It gives on the street but is very quiet. It features an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a washbasin. The second bedroom also features a queen size bed (160x200). You will be able to store your clothes in the wardrobe located in a recess next to this bedroom. Actually this recess is also accessible from the third bedroom that has two doors. The second wing of the apartment leads you to this third bedroom, but you can also access is from the second bedroom. Back on the entrance hall : the second wing of the apartment begins on your left. Its features two bedrooms, a second bathroom and the kitchen. The corridor first lead on the third bedroom, the one that has two doors. This bedroom features two single beds (90x190), a wardrobe and a desk. The fourth bedroom features a single bed (90x190) and a wardrobe. The second bathroom has a bathtub and toilets. And finally, you will find the kitted kitchen. It also has a table for four people perfect for a quick breakfast, or if you need space to cook. This apartment has all the qualities of traditional Parisian apartments : wooden floor, high ceilings with wonderful moldings, decorative chimney…This apartment is bright, quiet and spacious. You will first fell it is a labyrinth but you will quickly get used to is ! It is located in a prestigious area of Paris and still at a very fair price considering it can sleep seven guests !
