Location
An exceptional location for one of the short term Paris apartment rentals. On the border of the 6th and the 7th district, it has one foot in Saint Germain and the other one in Montparnasse. This is a very pleasant and upscale area and is very residential and safe. Very close to Rodin museum, the Ecole Militaire, the Invalides and also the Eiffel Tower. Downtown is not too far either. In the very same street, bakeries, butchers and many other shops, including the Bon Marché, are just waiting for your visit to offer you a glimpse of the French way of life. The closest subway stop to the Paris rental apartment is Vaneau but Sevres Babylone and Duroc are only five minutes away by foot. From these stations you can catch different lines.
Standing
This charming apartment to rent in Paris is located on the 4th floor of a nice building without a lift. The building access is secured by a door code and a second gate with an intercom. The windows of the bedroom look on the quiet Mayet Street. The window of the main room looks on a quiet courtyard. The Paris apartment is therefore very quiet.
Layout
This 45sqm apartment rental in Paris has two separate rooms. One of them is a bedroom.
The entrance directly opens on the main room. It is quite spacious and bright. It features a living area with a sofabed (two people - queen size bed 160x200), a coffee table and an armchair, and a dining area with a dining table and four chairs.
The bedroom is accessible from the main room. It features a double bed (queen size bed 160x200) and two closest on each side of the bed. Under each closet you will find a desk which will be convenient if you need your space to work for instance. Note that a computer (Mac) is at your disposal in this Paris apartment rental.
The bathroom is brand new (just as the rest of the apartment!) and it features a walk-in shower. The toilet is in a separate room, next to the kitchen.
The fitted kitchen is small but very functional. It is off the main room.
This apartment in Paris can sleep up to four guests. It is bright, quiet, comfortable and very well located.
