Location

This apartment is ideally located, two steps away from the Pantheon and from the Place Monge, close to the famous Mouffetard Street, one of the oldest Parisian street, next to the Contrescape place, well-known for its daily open market. In the heart of the Latin Quarter, you will find many French brasseries, restaurants, bakeries and numerous other Parisian delights. You will have the privilege to stay right behind the Lutece Arenas, a gallo-roman amphitheatre built during the 1st century. The proximity of the Jardin des Plantes or St Louis Island is the promise of romantic walks. You will also easily walk to the Sorbonne, the Boulvard St Germain or St Michel as well as to St Louis Island. The closest metro stations are Place Monge and Censier Daubenton.

Standing

Located on the 3rd floor of a building equipped with a lift. The building access is secured by a gate with a magnetic key and an intercom. The studio has a balcony overlooking a courtyard with a tree. It is quiet and bright.

Layout

This 25sqm studio is beautiful, it has been entirely renewed by an architect in order to optimize the space. The main room is equipped with a double bed (140x200) and a desk. The large windows open on a 3sqm balcony that has a long chair, perfect to read and breathe the fresh air ! It has a lovely view on the trees of the courtyard and the buildings on the back. You will be able to store your clothes and belongings in the wardrobe/shelves located in the entrance corridor. The fitted kitchen made-to-measure has sliding panels, perfect if you do not want to see the kitchen. The bathroom is sumptuous, it is accessible from the entrance hall. It features a beautiful Italian-style walk-in shower, a washbasin and the toilets. This great studio is perfect for a couple. It is quiet, luminous, contemporary and comfortable.
