Location
Rent this Paris apartment that is located in the 15th district near the Seine, just opposite the 16th. Typically Parisian neighborhood, that not too touristy, the hustle and bustle of Parisian life surrounds you. There are many shops nearby. The Eiffel Tower is not far, about 5 to 10 minutes walking distance. The Paris apartment rental is very well served by public transport with metro stations such as Bir Hakeim Dupleix and RER Champs de Mars closeby.
Standing
Hausmann building of very good quality. The Paris apartment is on the third floor with elevator. It is in a very quiet street. The access to the apartment is secured by two intercoms.
Layout
Flat rental in Paris of 50 m2 consisting of a lounge, a kitchen and a bedroom. In the living area, a very nice leather sofa and an armchair provide a cozy atmosphere. A fireplace adds a note of charm. The French windows open on a small balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is very modern with a beautiful Italian shower. Finally, the room facing the courtyard has a queen size double bed (180 * 200). To conclude, this is a typical Parisian apartment available to rent that is very near the Eiffel Tower and provides everything you need for a brilliant stay in the City of Light.

The apartment was very conveniently located for both metro and walking to the more touristy parts of Paris. very comfortable bed, great shower and while not luxiourious, very well appointed. We would not hesitate to rent it again.Read this comment on Typepad

We had a great time this year in Paris, made more so by our apartment and it's great location. This apartment is as I described to my friends... "beautifully french". It's very neat and clean. Has everything you need like the dishwasher, snazzy little kitchen, nice and cozy lounge/sitting room and a big comfy bed. It really did give you a "home away from home" feel. The location......some 500 metres from the Eiffel Tower, 100 metres from the metro rail as well as the rural lines, made it very handy for our stay this year. Would stay here again without doubt! It's a must for the first timers to Paris or those who would like a change of apartment location.Read this comment on Typepad
