Location
Located in the heart of the capital, two steps away of the old Market place of Paris and a few minutes away from Opera district, this short term apartment rental is located only few blocks from the Beaubourg Centre and the Marais. You will move from traditional architecture, full of charm and so typical of Paris, to an ultra modern architecture which makes this district one of the most popular. Your apartment is also surrounded by restaurants proposing menus from all over the world! In the middle of the pedestrian Montorgueil area, you will live like a true Parisian, you will be able to buy regional typically French products. The Paris apartment is close to the metro line 3 - best line to go to the Marais (5 minutes) - Cemetery of the Pere Lachaise (10 minutes). Line A - Chatelet/Les Halles direct to go to Disneyland Resort (30 minutes).

Good standing building. The Paris apartment is on the frist floor (EU way) with no elevator.
Layout
Apartment rental in Paris of 50 m2 that has been newly renovated. It is composed of a living / dining room with an open kitchen. A sofa bed will allow two additional people to sleep. A marble table makes it possible to dine up to 4 people easily. The bedroom, lookng on a small interior courtyard, is very peaceful. The bed measures 160*200. The bathroom is small but well designed with a superb shower. This apartment, located in one of the most lively parts of the city, has been renovated in an Italian style and constitutes perfect “pied à terre” to rent in Paris.

My stay in Paris was made very easy from the start. I was able to find a suitable apartment on the website and then the team at ParisAddress answered all my questions before I arrived. I was met at "my" apartment where Fabien showed me around and provided instructions on using the appliances. The apartment was in good condition but Fabien insisted on some extra cleaning which he arranged immediately. Then when I needed extra bedlinen for a guest, it was all arranged for me. Our stay at rue des peitis Carreaux was excellent. The apartment was super and Fabien was big help, showing us how to work everything and he even helped to carry our suitcases. It was no problem for him to be flexible when we arrived later than planned. The neighborhood is lively, not many tourists and lots of good shops to get what you need. When we go back to Paris someday, we definitely want to stay there again.Read this comment on Typepad

I spent 3 months living in this appartment whilst working in Paris. It is convenient for anyone looking to work in La Defense with excellent transport links. All the major tourist attractions are easy to get to and you do feel that you are living as a true Parisian !It is also a safe area in which to live if you are alone. The flat is warm and comfortable even in winter and the shower is great. Parisaddress were helpful and answered any questions i had. I was met on arrival.Read this comment on Typepad

We stayed at Petits Carreaux for 5 weeks during the fall of 2010. We had changed locations at the last minute from the 6th. The apartment is VERY comfortable. The bedroom can be kept so dark you can sleep forever! The street is very lively and wonderful. We thought we wanted a quiet street - but we wouldn't have traded this place for anything. The street is the best market in town. Everything is happening right outside your window. If you don't want to hear it, simply close the windows and it all goes away! Perfectly quiet. There are many wonderful produce markets, small casual cafes all the way to wonderful restaurants all up and down this street and it's side streets. Everything from dry cleaners to hardware stores, to a pharmacy and many bread shops. Easy access to trains and a taxi stand at the north end at Reamur. I don't care for some areas around Les Halles - and this was fine! The staff at Paris Address was very accomodating and attentive before, during and after our stay. We looked at many, many properties and read many reviews. We are thrilled with our stay and this location and apartment. I don't think there were many, if any, tourists. The tiny news shop out the front door had great postcards. If you don't get this apartment, go to the neighborhood and have some excellent fun. Great people watching. Great place. Great experience overall. We plan to find other apartments through Paris Address again and again. Thank you for your great attitudes and willingness to help with anything.Read this comment on Typepad

We had a wonderful stay in Paris at this apartment - it was clean, roomy, well equipped, nicely furnished and in a great location. We loved the action on Rue Montrogeuil and the proximity to many of the sites and transportation. Indeed, our apartment stay was a highlight of our 2 week stay in Paris. We looked forward to returning to our apartment at the end of a day out sightseeing and most often dined in, as it was convenient to pick up food and wine on our return. I would highly recommend this apartment to others or return for another Paris vacation.Read this comment on Typepad

We had 5 months over the spring and summer of 2012 in this apartment. It was the most marvellous place to stay - Everything you could ever need was in the Rue Montegueill and Rue des Petits |Carreaux. I would love to come back some day. 5 months just flew by and we had time to explore all of Paris. It was so convenient to everywhere - 10 mins from Pont Neuf, 2 mins to 3 Metro stations, buses to everywhere. Paris Address was a great company to use and the owners of the apartment were so lovely. I would not hesitate to recomment this amazing place to stay in Paris and would be back in a flash if we didnt have another life to lead in NZRead this comment on Typepad
