Layout

This amazing 65sqm 2-bedroom apartment has been entirely renovated and decorated just recently (May 2012).
The entrance door gives on the dining-room, which is the central room of this delightful place. It features a beautiful wooden table for four guests. The fitted kitchen is in an independent room opened on the dining-room.
From the dining-room you will access the living-room, elegant, bright, with a Juliet Balcony giving on a lovely little place planted with trees (with a very good restaurant by the way !). The living-room features a couch, two chairs and a beautiful purple armchair , a coffee table and a large TV set. This room is very pleasant, decorated with much taste just as the rest of the apartment.
The master bedroom is next to the living-room. Its windows also give on Tournelles Street. This bedroom features a double bed (140x200) and room to store your clothes. It has its own en-suite bathroom. It is absolutely gorgeous and features a walk-in shower, a washbasin, the toilets and a bidet.
The second bedroom is also accessible from the dining-room. It has two wardrobes and two single beds (80x200). They can form a double bed (160x200) if you put them side by side. This bedroom is very quiet and gives on the courtyard (ground floor level). It is still very secured as unobtrusive white barrels have been installed.
A second bedroom is accessible from the dining-room. It is as beautiful as the other, in the same colors. It features a walk-in shower, a washbasin with two beautiful mirrors and toilets.

This apartment is so beautifully decorated, you will love it ! The master words are Elegance and Refinement. Every decoration item, every piece of furniture has been chosen with much care to convey a feeling of harmony and grace while still being very functional.
