Parisaddress are a very efficient and reliable agency. I have stayed in this apartment several times. It is well equipped and superbly located. I thoroughly recommend both the agency and the apartment.

A lovely bright modern apartment, not spacious, but with every amenity imaginable. High floor with rooftop views, and a small balcony. Cutting edge appliances, and a great bathtub. And, best of all, location, location, location.

It's my second time using the services of Paris Address. I wouldn't hesitate again and again. This appartment has the charm and the best functionality for 2-3 people. Everything is modern and well thought. The location is amazing, you can live on St-Louis Island without even getting out of there. But you don't want to do that! (hehehe) Everything is available on the island, bakeries, supermarket, fruiteries etc. A great place to live. I recommend deeply.

A lovely, safe and comfortable apartment for 2 people to use as a base to enjoy Paris. Not a large apartment but more than made up for by the address.

This apartment was wonderful, even better than the pictures show. Also the service from Yohan with Paris Address was very good. He met us promptly as agreed and was available by phone for two questions regarding the washer/dryer in the apartment. The location is the best in Paris. The apartment does receive some noise from the street, but that is closed out when the windows are shut. I will definitely recommend and use the services of Paris Address again.

Fantastic location. Apartment is much nicer than you can see in the pictures, especially the light (large windows everywhere, including the bathroom). Kitchen, bathroom, fridge, internet, flat/cable TV is all modern and works perfectly. Paris Address service is excellent. We visit Paris very often and we are not going back to hotels after this experience.

We visited Paris for six days in April. The apartment was in a great location. Close to Metro stops. The apartment can be loud with the windows open, but when closed is fine. The apartment is on the 5th level. Felt very secure. Would rent from Paris adress again, well recomended.

Hi! We had a WONDERFUL time staying in this appartment. The service was superb; the appartment is beautiful, inspiring, pleasant, with a great view of the rooftops. It is is equipped with all modern appliances, and spotlessly clean. And of course, it is in the best of locations! I hope that we will return some day. Milica

We travel to Paris at least once a year and we like staying in an apartment. We did not choose to stay at the apartment where we spent 11 of our 12 nights. We were moved there because we found on our arrival that the apartment of our choice had a water leakage and blackout problem which got worse in the first 12 hours we were there. Paris Address had come highly recommended and we were a little disappointed with the level of response we had with this abnormal situation. We had to do the chasing to find out what was happening with relocating us because we could not stay in the original apartment. We pretty much lost a whole day in having it sorted out and being re-located to PONT125. The leakage problem had got worse overnight and the next morning and we were packed and ready to leave from about 9:00 am but we had to wait around for a few hours without our phone calls being returned. It was the maintenance man who had come the day before and had returned the next day to deal with the leakage who could see we were sort of stranded and wasting our time. He did us a favour and contacted Xavier, the patron, who then contacted us and told us that we could have use of the PONT125 after 1:00 pm. However we were not actually consulted as to whether we wanted to stay at this particular apartment – we were given the address and we took a taxi to it. We had actually seen the PONT125 apartment before we booked and had not chosen it because we did not think the kitchen furniture and the couch would be comfortable. That proved to be the case, unfortunately and it was very difficult to sit for more than a short time without getting a sore back. Also, it was almost about half the size of the apartment we had originally booked. Also, there were no instructions whatsoever in the apartment for any of the electronic equipment that was in the apartment so we really did not get the benefit of all the features. We did point this out after a few days but no book arrived. Someone came and fixed the cable TV for us about half way through our stay. Our first apartment had a comprehensive booklet explaining how to use all the equipment. The location of both apartments was excellent and the PONT125 compared favourably to our chosen location which was in the Bastille area. We suspect that the problem we had encountered was unusual and that in normal situations that Paris Address would deliver friendly and reliable service. We would like to give Paris Address another try and hopefully we will be able to stay in whatever apartment we actually book! The late check out was very helpful. And the apartment was very clean and very well equipped. But please, leave some instructions for use of the appliances.

We stayed in this apartment for seven days this July. We had previously stayed in another apartment in the same area, but this was much better. It was clean, quite modern, and had all the facilities we needed for a small apartment. The Parisaddress service was efficient, friendly, and punctual. The apartment needed a small amount of maintenance whilst we were there, but this was not undertaken, but did not really cause any inconvenience. We would rent this apartment again, as it suited our purposes. The location and the view are great.

Spent a great week in September PONT125 with my husband and 1 year old daughter. The apartment was pleasant, clean and had all of the amenities we needed. The view was lovely, and we loved Ile Ste-Louis. The lcoation was convenient and allowed us to walk to many parts of Paris, which was nice when traveling with a baby. Only complaint was that the sofa in the apartment was not terribly comfortable. Overall, a very good place to stay.

My husband and I enjoyed a great week here, having been moved by the company due to technical problems in our original apartment. We have used Paris Address several times and have always found them to be helpful and efficient. Friends joined us for the weekend and the four of us managed comfortably if a little cosily in the apartment (it made for a great base to celebrate a special birthday and the balcony was heaven for fresh air in the morning following a few too many cocktails at Kong the night before...you must go!)We usually visit Paris several times a year and so understand that space in this city is at a premium which means the comfortable rooms and bathroom make this apartment an excellent choice. You are very central here and in an excellent arrondisement. Thank you Paris Address once again. Andy and Clare

My husband and I had a wonderful time in Paris - how could you not! - and this lovely little apartment was ideal for our short visit. While the kitchen was small, it was heaven compared to our previous weeks of hotels and had all the equipment that we needed. The guy who greeted us with the keys was very friendly and took us through all the appliances in the apartment. The free wifi and guidebooks were particularly appreciated. Location was fantastic - would definitely stay here again.

We stayed in Pont 125 and Pont 124 in the first week of december. Tha apartment and the location are great. But it was a very cold week and the heating did not work. The person who showed us the apartment saw tbere was a problem and told us to wait a few hours to give time the apartment to heat. But evidently by the time we could confirm it did not work , parisaddress told us it was too late. Six kids with no heating, snowing outside! Next day they brang two little heatings, not enough for the apartment. This is our main complain. The apartment otherwise is great, clean and very well located.

We stayed at PONT 125 from June 23-28, 2011. There were 4 adults in our party, so we knew the apartment would be a bit cramped, but we booked it specifically for the location and the air conditioning. We were not at all disappointed with the location. Ile St Louis is a wonderful place from which to headquarter a Parisian vacation! We loved all the little shops and cafes and the convenience to Notre Dame and the metro lines. By the way, the St Michel-Notre Dame stop on the RER line is a pretty easy walk with rolling suitcases. Don't overpack, though, as there are a couple of sets of steps to navigate. The apartment itself was exactly as shown in the pictures, so there were no surprises there. My husband and I slept in the bedroom, and our adult children took the sleeper sofa. They claim that the sofa is very comfortable. The weather was quite warm for most of our stay, so we did need to use the a/c at night. There were no instructions for either unit (two units), but we figured them out easily enough. The only windows in the apartment are actually glass doors to the balcony, so venting the return air outside without letting in more hot air was challenging. We "engineered" both units, though, with curtains blocking as much outside air as possible, at the same time being careful not to choke the back of either unit. With the a/c set up and running, we were all able to sleep quite comfortably every night. As a matter of fact, it's good that we needed the a/c. Had we not had the consistent hum of the a/c units, we probably would have be wakened by the party-goers at the little bar across the street. The sun barely sets during summer nights in Paris (it's still quite light at 10:00 pm), so the fun goes on into the night. It really was good to have something to drown out extra street noises. The bathroom in the apartment is very nice, modern, and great for meeting American expectations. Of course, With just one bathroom and four adults, we had to juggle some with shower times, especially when the hot water ran out quickly in the evenings. Also, the only other mirror to use for getting ready (if the bathroom is occupied) is a full-length mirror located in the bedroom, and cords have to be run from the living room to use it. Fortunately, we were able to make it work easily enough. We thought we would use the kitchen more, especially since there are little grocery stores right near the building, but we enjoyed sitting out at cafes so much that we really didn't use it like we thought we would. We did store a few leftovers in the refrigerator, and my husband fixed his own healthy oatmeal in the microwave, but that's really all we needed for this trip. It was nice to have the kitchen table, though, as we would run out to a bakery each morning, grab a few items for breakfast, take them back to the room, and plan the rest of the day from there. The only other issue we had was in getting the key to the apartment. Since the flight my husband and I were booked on was delayed, our adult children arrived in Paris without us. And since they use Verizon for their cell phones, they couldn't call the apartment representative without stopping to find a landline. They ended up wasting two or three hours of their first day trying to make the connection with him. I'm not sure what, if anything, needed to happen differently here, but in the end, they did end up getting the key, the entry codes, and the needed instructions. In all, we were happy to have booked this apartment with ParisAddress.com. It met our needs and gave us a wonderful location from which to begin each adventure-filled day in Paris.

Myself and my 18 yr. old grandaughter stayed in Pont 125. It was very modern, clean, and well located. Cool July so, the doors were closed at night, so we could not hear the party goers down the street at a bar.But when doors open, a bit noisy late at night. I was very pleased with the agency, Parisaddress. Very friendly, well run corporation. I would use them again. The gentleman who met us with the keys, Eric, was friendly and pleasant. All in all very nice stay, only wish it had been warm, weather wise. S.Edwards, Scottsdale Arizona. USA

We stayed at PONT 125 7 nights in august 2011. We were 4 and we booked it specifically for the location, the air conditioning and the lift. But we were really happy when we arrived, the location is wonderfull, Ile Saint Louis is a beautiful place, little shops, cafes and close to Pont Marie metro station and steps from Notre Dame. The apartment is very nice and in good conditions. We had only two problems, there is not hot water at night, so you can't take a shower y the air conditioning isn't good. I wouldn't hesitate to stay again in this appartment. Is the first time I use Parisaddress and the service was excellent.

we really enjoyed staying on the island!!!! the apartment is charming and looks just like the photos! i can not imagine 4 people staying in it for any period of time-there is very limited storage space- all of it in the bedroom in a small closet with enough hanging space for two-and enough shelf space for two-plus fairly roomy drawer space in the night stands. the fold out couch would fill the entire living room area and i dont know how someone would get around it in the night to get to the bathroom. the pullman kitchen is compact but beautiful and i really appreciated that there was enough of everything there to get started-paper towels-trash bags-toilet paper-matches-dish washer detergent plus dishwashing detergent. laundry soap.toilet brush and cleaner, and small hand soap, and coffee filters.salt, saran and aluminum foil. it is well equipped-you might want to bring your own cork puller. the bed was lumpy and i left a note saying that the mattress must be turned and that they should have a discussion with the owners about buying a new one. i wished i had a broom and dust pan and left a note saying so. we did not use the washer/dryer-but it is great to have. it is in the bathroom which is beautiful-well designed- french doors!!-everything works-heated towel rack. plenty of towels. there is some street noise-but it didnt bother us. there is a new heating/cooling system that allows you to close the french doors and be comfortable-we did not use it-but it is there and it does work. we used the offered airport pick up and return and it worked like a charm-on time and organized and peaceful with people punchy with jet lag. the in-apartment person was terrific and made sure that all was working and that we knew how to operate it. in two cases-there needed to be a new item and in each case someone came right away from the office to switch it out.{a toaster and a phone]. be sure and check the phone if you are not using your own mobile phone...it is your only contact with the outside world. we ate dinner in the neighborhood everynight and each meal was delicious. you have a wide variety of choices. there is a hair dresser on the peripheral street-just as you walk to the end of rue ile saint louis and get ready to walk across the bridge to the cathedral. there are several groceries and wine stores and prepared food places.. of the 5 apartments in the building offered by this company-this is the only one on the 5th floor-and is the is very spacious..we would probably not take this apace again because part of the fun is learning a new neighborhood each time-but i do recommend it-especially if they turn or change the mattress..

Stayed here May, 2012. Loved the apartment. It's wonderful for two - four would feel crowded. We found the bed perfectly comfortable and had hot water at night. I would remove the AC/Portable heaters(?). They take a lot of room in bedroom and living room and are unattractive and space consuming. Would have rather had a spot for an empty suitcase. The location could not be better. Very easy and efficient to rent from Paris Address - I will again. Highly recommend dinner at the nearby Aux anisetiers du Roy - inconspicuous but wonderful - fabulous cassoulet.

We stayed at Pont125 for 6 nights in June of 2012. It was perfect for a family of 3, which included our 6 year-old son: The apartment: clean, modern, and with all the amenities. The kitchenette was small, but we expected this based on the pictures. We didn't cook much anyways as we were always out and about. We felt safe the whole time we were there. The front gate and the elevator both needed access codes. Our apartment front door was somewhat difficult to open with the key(s) supplied but I guess that made it hard for anyone else to enter. The instruction booklet was helpful for using the TV, laundry, etc. The bathroom was well done and there were plenty of open air as all rooms open to the balcony. There was only one night when we didn't have hot water. Our stay was in June but it was not hot enough for us to test the AC. Lastly, you can't beat this location as many shops, restaurants, boutiques are nearby. The island is cute and quaint, making strolls very pleasant. Notre Dame is nearby. Metro stations are also within minutes of walking. Overall, we would stay here again next time we visit Paris! Parisaddress: an amazing experience with this company! Our friend referred us and we have nothing to complain about. Very professional. Great communication via e-mail and phone if necessary. Booking the apartment was easy. There were many e-mails from company to take us through the process of booking the apartment, paying for it, and setting up the orientation meeting on the day of our arrival. Our guide was on time, knowledgable, friendly, and very helpful. Answered all of our questions and concerns. With one phone call, the company arranged our departure taxi drive to the airport. Overall: I would give this company 5 out of 5 stars and would rent another apartment without any reservations. Thank you!

I had the pleasure of staying at Rue des Deux Pont and look forward to staying there again next year. The apartment was spacious enough for three people and had a wonderful balcony. We needed to use the air conditioners a couple of nights, and they worked perfectly. The apartment is in a perfect location for Paris, and very safe. I took advantage of the car service from the airport which was very convenient. The driver was waiting for us, and called the apartment concierge who was waiting upon our arrival. I love this apartment and hope to stay there every summer for many years to come.
