Standing

This apartment is located on the 6th floor of a building equipped with a lift that stops at the 5th floor. You will have to walk to the last floor. The building entrance is secured by a door code and a second gate with an intercom. The apartment has a balcony from where will see part of the Sacré Coeur on the back and the majestic town-hall of the 10th district. The second bedroom offers a view on the Eiffel Tower ! The apartment is very bright, it has many windows and several skylights, on the mezzanine and a large one in the living-room.

Layout

This gorgeous 110sqm apartment has two separate bedrooms, it can sleep up to six guests. The entrance hall gives on the main room on your left. This room is very spacious with high ceilings and it will be a real pleasure to live here. It features a living area with two comfortable couches and a beautiful wooden coffee table. You will be able to listen to your own music as there is a stereo with an Ipod dock. The dining area has a dining table for six people on the other side. Should you need to sit and work you can use the desk. A small platform with two steps has been built to offer an easier and direct access to the balcony. The skylight just above the platform give more light to the room and you will love to have your breakfast on the garden table, wether you leave it on the platform or on the balcony. A mezzanine is accessible with a ladder, two people can sleep on its futon (140x190). From the main room you will then cross the fitted kitchen to reach the bedrooms. The kitchen is very well equipped with top of the range equipments. Once you cross the kitchen you will then arrive in the bedrooms area. The master bedroom features a double bed (160x200) and a large wardrobe to store your clothes. The second bedroom has a desk, perfect if you need to isolate yourself from the rest of your party to work. Ten steps will lead you to the mezzanine that features two single beds (90x190). The beautiful bathroom has a bathtub and a walk-in shower. The toilets with a washbasin give on the entrance hall. This wonderful apartment is decorated with much taste, beautiful pictures, sculptures from all over the world, we just love it.
