Location
Located in the prestigious Rivoli Street, in the heart of the Marais, on the border of the Jewish Quarter, this Paris short term apartment rental is in a very safe and lively area. All the shops you could need are less than five minutes walk away and many bars and restaurants are just waiting for you. You will find a great butcher on the Rue des Ecouffes, a nice bakery on the Rue Saint Antoine, a fantastic restaurant on the Rue Saint Paul. All tourist points such as Notre Dame, Carnavalet, Picasso and Louvre museums, Pompidou Centre and the Place des Vosges are really close to the Paris apartment. Many strolls in the narrow and genuine Marais streets will make you dream about Paris for a long time after. The closest subway stop is Saint Paul.
Standing
In a nice traditional building secured by a code and with a lift, the Paris apartment is on the sixth and top floor. The house keeper is a great plus as she is very friendly and welcoming and will be happy to help you if you need anything. The entirely renovated apartment is equipped and decorated with brand new, top quality items. Everything is very sophisticated and tastful. You can enjoy two small terraces giving a great view over the Paris rooftops with a view on. This short term Paris rental apartment is equipped with an air conditioning (in the main area).
Layout
This apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed (140x200) and the main room is equipped with a couch, a dining table and two armchairs. You will be able to store your luggage in the cupboard with sliding doors, behind the dining table. The fitted kitchen is open on the entrance hall. The bathroom is accessible from the kitchen area. It is quite roomy and equipped with a walk-in shower and toilets. This lovely Paris apartment to rent is perfect for a long or a short stay. It is fairly priced, the living area has air conditioning, you will love the two terraces and their great view on the Notre Dame and the Eiffel Tower on the back, ensuring that you cannot be disappointed.

We enjoyed the apartment very much. If you look at the above picture, there appears to be a wall bed which comes down. That was not the case and we were both surprised and disappointed. It did not seriously affect our visit and we were very grateful to your staff for it's help. We only arrived back in Los Angeles yesterday, so were unable to respond before now. If you would please check with your cleaning staff to see if they found a black wool mans sweater in the little cabinet next to the couch. The apartment was enjoyable despite the extremely limited space. The bed did not fold up as indicated in the advertising material. The agent also left a lot to be desired both at the time of the initial introduction to the apartment and in subsequent dialogue over the operation of (or rather lack of) the bed.Read this comment on Typepad

We would definitely stay again in the cozy apartment. We found it very cheerful with the 2 large windows and the location was perfect for walking to museums and gardens and different areas of the city. We enjoyed feeling part of the action with the neighborhood cafes and restaurants ALL busy. And several markets are right nearby. I stayed at RIV28 for a week. I am a 47 year old female American travelling alone. If you are similar, feel very comfortable renting this apartment, it was perfect! It is on the top floor of a very nice code protected apartment building. It is so centrally located, I walked to everything. If I needed a rest, or a snack, returning to the apartment was very easy. I slept with the veranda doors open, it was amazing! The views are terrific. The place is clean, comfortable and equiped nicely. My favorite part was the furniture, but better yet was the antique glass (glass base & shade!) bedside table lamp that was signed Nancy 1889 (my name is Nancy!:))Read this comment on Typepad

We rented RIV28 as a small studio apartment and arrived to find a 1 bedroom suite that includes a clothes washer! Found it perfect for 2 people with good access to transit - bus & metro. Good grocery stores 1 block west with 2nd beside St. Paul metro station. Excellent bakery Le Petite Versailles 1 block south. Good bed & bathroom but kitchen is very small. Stayed 10 days at end of April, 2013 and only 1 night a little noisy on the street below. Good location for walking in the Marais, to Notre Dame and the Latin Quarter.
