For any arrival after 8pm, you shall reserve a taxi via our taxi partner company from your arrival location.
The taxi driver will then have the apartment key with him and will open you the apartment door.

Location
This apartment is located in the 8th district at the border of the 17th, in a street with amazing store fronts as it is the home of most of the luthiers in Paris !
You will have the pleasure to live two steps away from the Levis Street, well known for its high quality food shops, restaurants, brasseries, etc...
A ten-minute walk will lead you to the great Monceau Park, perfect if you have children or if you want to get away from the city for a little while !
You will quickly reach the Grands Magasins and the Galeries Lafayette as you will just have to walk down the Rome street to reach the Haussmann Boulevard.
The neighborhood is perfect for a family, it is pleasant to live in, lively and safe. You will easily catch a bus or a metro from there. The closest metro stations are Rome, Europe, Villiers and Saint Lazare.
Standing
Located on the 3rd floor of a building without a lift. The access is secured by two gates with door codes.
The windows of the main room and one of the bedroom give on the street, the two other bedrooms give on the courtyard.
All the windows are double-glazed.
The apartment is very luminous.
Layout
This lovely 85 sqm apartment has three separate bedrooms. It can sleep up to six guests.
The entrance corridor leads to all the rooms.
First the main room, organized in two areas, the living-room and the dining-room.
The living-room features two couches, a coffee table, a king size pouf and a television.
The dining-room features a dining table for four people. The table can be enlarged if needed.
The large French windows give on the street and its amazing Haussmannian buildings. If you look at your right you will see the sumptuous Chaptal High School, listed historical monument, built at the end of the 19th century.
The three bedrooms are accessible from the corridor. However, the master bedroom also has an access from the living-room. It features two single beds (90x200) that can be put side by side to form a king size bed (180x200) if you need. You will be able to store your clothes in the large wardrobe.
The two other bedrooms give on the back side of the building. They are both equipped with a double bed 140x200. One of them has a small desk and a wardrobe with shelves, the other features a wardrobe with clothes rack and shelves.
Note that you can also hang your clothes in the corridor closet.
The bathroom gives on the corridor. It features a bathtub and a washbasin. The toilets are located in a separate room, next to the kitchen. It features toilets and a washbasin.
The fitted kitchen is reachable from the corridor too or from the dining-room. It is well fitted and features a table for four people.
This charming apartment has the features of a typical Parisian apartment with a beautiful wooden floor, high ceilings decorated with moldings, large French windows, etc...
