Location
You will have an enchanting stay in the city in one of the few Paris apartments available to rent on this discreet and self-contained island It is delightfully unspoiled and has a mixture of handsome 17Ith century architecture, modern boutiques, narrow streets and magnificent views from its tree-lined quays, where you can join the locals in sitting along watching the world go by, or even bring a picnic. Running lengthwise along the island is the main street, Rue Saint Louis en l’Ile. There is a Baroque church, refined boutiques, old-fashioned bistros and brasseries, delicate chocolate and food shops, a florist, bakeries, a wonderful cheese shop and many pretty salon de thé.
Many of the most attractive sites Paris has to offer are located nearby. The Pompidou Centre , the Louvre Museum, the Tuileries Garden, Champs Elysées, the Sainte Chapelle, the Latin Quarter, the Bastille and Le Marais are all within walking distance and Notre Dame is just across the bridge, on Ile de la Cité.
The nearest metro stops to this Paris apartment are Cité, St Michel Notre Dame, Pont Marie and Sully-Morland. RER B will take you directly to and from CDG and ORLY airports.
Standing
17th century building secured by a code and an intercom. The Paris apartment is located on the 1st floor without an elevator. It overlooks the street Saint Louis en ile but the apartment is very quiet as the windows are double glazed.
Layout
Apartment ro rent in Paris of 42 m2 consisting of a large room organized in several areas :
First, a sleeping area with two large single beds of 100x200. You can put them side by side to have a very large bed of 200x200. Then you will enjoy the living area with a couch, and finally a dining area with a table for two with lovely armchairs. You will be able to store your clothes and belongings in the large wardrobe with many shelves and hanging rails.
The room is pleasant with large double glazed windows overlooking the street and it has nice high ceilings with exposed beams.
The kitchen is separate and fully equipped with a microwave oven with grill function.
The bathroom has a bath and a bidet.
The toilets are accessible from the bathroom but they are in a separate room.
This Paris rental apartment is extremely well located and comfortable. It is ideal for a couple or two travellers looking for an apartment with two separate beds.

We had a nice time in the apt that we rented on Ille St. Louis this past May 28 - June 3rd. The company provided all of the required necessities and there were no surprises. I would recommend renting from this outfit in the future as they are trustworthy and the apartment was exactly as expected.Read this comment on Typepad
