Rent this Paris apartment that has an exceptional location : on the border of the 6th and 7th districts, it has one foot in Saint Germain and the other one in Montparnasse. This is a very pleasant and upscale area, very residential and safe. Very close to Rodin museum, the Ecole Militaire, the Invalides and also the Eiffel Tower and downtown is not too far from this apartment in Paris either. In the very same street bakeries, a butcher and many other shops, especially the Bon Marché, are just waiting for your visit to offer you a glimpse of the French way of life. The closest subway stop to the rental apartment in Paris is Vaneau, but Sevres Babylone and Duroc, where you can catch different lines, are five minutes away by foot.
Standing
One of the loft rental apartments available to rent in Paris that is on the ground floor, looking onto a very quiet courtyard of a building secured by a code. It is very well furnished and decorated. The kitchen is top quality and there is also a sauna in the lounge downstairs. This lounge is very authentic with stoned walls and an arch. On the top floor, there are wooden beams and floor, giving the whole Paris apartment a homely and warm atmosphere.
Lay out
This apartment to rent in Paris has a large double living room with a large wooden table for dinner, two couches (one of them is a sofabed for two people) and a coffee table. The master bedroom has a double bed, a desk and a dressing. The second bedroom has two bunk beds and also a desk. The Moroccan lounge downstairs can also be used as a third bedroom if you prefer rather than sleeping in the sofabed of the living-room, as the two benches make very comfortable single beds. The kitchen is open on the living room and is fully equipped. The bathroom, with a bathtub, is accessible from the first bedroom but there is also a walk in multi throws shower downstairs, close to the sauna. Lavatories are separate. In conclusion, this Paris apartment is a very unique one to rent : with its own soul, a warm ambience and a sauna. All of this for a very affordable price. Whether family or friends, do not miss it, as it will make your stay unforgettable.

We recently stayed ( 7 of us ) and found the property clean and tidy and very central, kitchen was great as was shower , very quiet and close to everything. Only downside was the downstairs area is not really suitable for a bedroom as it is very hot and airless and the couches were rock hard. We would stay there again but only if there was about 5 people.Read this comment on Typepad
