Location
This Paris rental apartment has an exceptional location : on the boarder of the 6th and the 7th district, it has one foot in Saint Germain and the other one in Montparnasse. This is a very pleasant, upscale area that very residential and safe. Very close to Rodin museum, the Ecole Militaire, the Invalides and also the Eiffel Tower and downtown is not too far either. On the very same street, bakeries, butchers, shops as well as the well known Bon Marché are just waiting for your visit to offer you a glimpse of the French way of life. The closest subway stop is Vaneau but Sevres Babylone and Duroc, where you can catch different lines, are five minutes away by foot.
Standing
Located on the first floor without lift. The area is very safe and the building has a door code. The windows of the bedroom open on a very quiet courtyard. The living-room has a skylight. The apartment is extremely quiet and everything in it is brand new.
Layout
This 44sqm Paris apartment has been recently renewed. It has two bedrooms and can sleep up to six people. The entrance hall opens on the living-room. It has a sofabed (140x200) and a dining table. The fitted kitchen is open on to it. The ceilings are high which gives a lot of charm to this apartment. The first bedroom is on this floor. It is off the main room and has a double-bed (140x200) and two linen boards to store your clothes.
The elegant stairs lead to the second bedroom. It also has a double-bed (140x200). You will be able to store your luggage upstairs here.
The lovely bathroom has a walk-in shower. It is next to the first bedroom.
To conclude this apartment in Paris can sleep up to six people but it would be more suitable for four people considering its space. It is a comfortable, contemporary place, decorated with much taste and located in a chic area, at a very fair price!
Special Note : this apartment is right above SEVR48, a beautiful four-room apartment that can sleep up to 10 people. If you are a large family or just a group of friends who want space and intimacy, SEVR481 and SEVR48 could be a great combination !
