This charming apartment rental in Paris was renovated in December 2007. It is located in a pedestrian area, Montorgueil Saint-Denis, in the heart of the capital, near the subway stations Etienne Marcel and Chatelet les Halles. You will discover all aspects of Parisian life: the Rue Montorgueil and its market, the area of Marais and its upscale boutiques, the Halles district and so many other Parisian places.
Standing
Good standing building, fully secured by two intercoms. The Paris apartment is located on the first floor, with an elevator. It looks onto a very peaceful courtyard,.
Layout
Very bright, this short term Paris apartment has been completely renovated to a loft in December 2007. The architect kept arcades molded on its walls, giving it a lot of charm. The entrance has a large cupboard with closets and bookshelves to store personal effects. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a dining space. A sofabed allows 2 additional people to sleep here. The large room equipped with an LCD screen looks onto a second interior courtyard: quietness becomes a reality! The double bed measures 140 * 200. The toilet is separate. The bathroom has a shower. To conclude, it is a wonderful Paris apartment rental suitable for a couple with a child.

Everything was perfect at this apartment. It was very well located (which is very important for me in such a big city), with the two tube stations very near. The apartment was completely new and it had a small lift. It also had a washing machine. The apartment was very clean and the homeware was very new. I'd like to thank the people that work in Parisaddress because they were very helpful when we arrived late on a Sunday evening, and also because when there was a problem with the toilet, the plumber came that same morning to mend it. This was the 6th apartment I have rented through Paris Address and although the others were wonderful. I think this is my favourite The apartment is a good size with a bit of room to move. The location is fantastic with a lovely markets street nearby and some wonderful restaurants. I was initially put off by the fact it was on St Demis, but it is in the much nicer and quieter end of the street. the area is clearer becoming very fashionable and it is within walking distance to metro, RER and main line train stations, markets, shops. Everything!. The apartment itself is charming with wonderful windows and lovely architectural features. Only draw back is noisy neighbours, but that is only at certain times. I would absolutely rent this place again and will recommend it to friends.Read this comment on Typepad
