Location
Apartment rental in Paris located in the heart of 15th arrondissement in a residential and very friendly neighborhood. Close to the apartment is Rue du Commerce, one of the best "shopping" streets of Paris. Many restaurants and cafes are also nearby. La Tour Eiffel is 1.5 km away, approximately 15/20 minutes walk. The nearest subways are Emile Zola, Charles Michels and La Motte - Picquet-Grenelle and Commerce.
Standing
Small building standing back from the street. It is a small house with 4 floors. The Paris apartment rental is located on the first floor with an elevator. It overlooks the street and a courtyard.
Layout
Apartment to rent in Paris of 45 m2 consisting of a large living room and a bedroom with one double bed (160*200) that can be split into two single beds (80 * 200). The bedroom gives access to the bathroom with a bathtub in the corner. The toilets are separate from the bathroom and are independently accessible from the bedroom and lounge. The living/dining room has a beautiful large wooden table allowing up to 6 to 8 guests to enjoy dinner. The sofa is convertible and allows two additional sleeping spaces for people. The kitchen is separate and fully equipped. In a few words, it is a typically Parisian apartment, very calm and peaceful, in a residential and lively neighborhood.

The apartment is very nice and well equipped, we found all we needed in terms of linen, towels and accessories. It's also quite near to Eiffel Tower, so that you can reach it by foot in 20-30 minutes. The metro station in quite near and the zone is well served, there are food shops, a pharmacy, a bakery and other stores and services. We found Parisadddress staff very nice, helpful and available. I can suggest you parisaddress because it's a very serious agency.Read this comment on Typepad

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is very convenient for getting to major Métro routes. The Eiffel Tower is a short walk away. The neighbourhood is residential and pleasant, with good restaurants and bakeries nearby. It's very close to main shopping areas and markets. The apartment itself is small and comfortable, with very useful shuttered windows on three sides.Read this comment on Typepad

81 rue du theatre is indeed well located, to metros, buses, neighborhood shopping, banks etc. The apartment could use a little up grading. For example, the large bath tub should have a handle on the wall for balance security. Also, there should be more towels for 2 people for 11 days.Read this comment on Typepad
